there is NO info in the user guide about the 3 different coloured lights that appear on it. Sometimes one light, sometimes 2 lights, sometimes 3 lights - very confusing, especially for an elderly person. So Im never sure when it needs charging. And the varied lights/s come on much earlier than 24 hours. One should be that it is charged, one should be that it needs charging, and one should be that its totally flat - I guess? Fast flashing, slow flashing, its all over the place. For this, it really deserves only 2 stars.

They were extremely helpful as I was dealing with ndis. There were some hiccups but the company continued to help.

Great device, easy to set up and get started. Very simple button system for user.

The device hasn't done much yet cept hang around some, however in my old age I have become quite clumsy so I am sure that time will come. For now I think it be a tad unfair of me to rate it's performance.

The Tech advise was great. My original device wouldn't connect properly and the advisor was very helpful and patiently took me through some procedures to try to connect. When it became obvious we were not going to connect he said he would talk to the sales team about an alternative. He rang back a few hours later and told me an alternative device would be be dispatched immediately at no cost to me, also mentioned it was a more expensive model that had a history of working in areas of limited connectivity. It arrived several days later and is working beautifully. A prepayed envelope was enclosed to mail the original Pendant back. All in all a very satisfying experience in service that one doesn't get these days.

I have just received it . Can’t believe there is no instructions. So how do I use it . Also had it been set up with my contact people. It is a very expensive product but instructions.

We received Sofihub and am happy with it. The only thing that worries me is that the battery life doesn’t even last a daylight day!

The TEQ-Life his actually works really well. I like that it does all the usual stuff like sends a text and calls when the button is pressed but it also detects falls as well and will text/call when that happens in case you're injured and can't press the button.

The Falls Alert has given me peace of mind knowing that my parents are always safe and if something were to happen I would be notified instantly to send help their way.

The TEQ Secure Falls Alarm has given us peace of mind, with my elderly mother living on her own and in a different state. The product allows her to continue living independently, as should an incident occur, knowing that she can instantly call for help has given us piece of mind. It was also really easy to set up.
