Spoke to Stan once, to discuss purchasing personal alarm and since my purchase, no reply to any of my attempt to contact them.
All I'm after is an invoice! Nothing big I would have thought.
The product itself is a world leader
The product itself is a world leader. And the service that backed it up was just as good. Stan pre-programmed for us so the pendant was working straight out of the box - and he resolved a minor issue with express attention which was so appreciated. Cant recommend Sofihub products and the team highly enough.

My mother's device was damaged and I was unsure of what to do, Stan explained the options and send through informations to help with my decision.
He helped with transferring the contacts to the new device and checked if all was in order.
We have now purchased one for my mother…
We have now purchased one for my mother and mother in law.
The only thing that both mothers have said commented on was the lanyard was uncomfortable.
They have both fitted a chain to the pendant and are now very happy now that they are much more comfortable
Great device
The alarm is a gem. The instructions, which I received separately (should have been sent WITH the new device) were very very clear and helpful. The app is indispensable and very good, but it is a bit of a nuisance in its emphasis on "set new device" after I have set it up, but it keeps getting unwarranted priority. I am pleased with this purchase and with the prompt and useful service from the staff.

The device looks well made but!
The device looks well made and is simple to use, once it is set up, with one exception …. the product literature suggests that the unit can be belt mounted, which is a great idea particularly for male users but there is no way provided to do this.
The app software is very poor, it was based on another devices (the pendant) software and it has not been adequately adapted to this new device, this causes great confusion when trying to complete setup. There are several references to the original device still in the new version. I have discussed many errors and problems with the software with your tech department and look forward to a revised version being issued. Remember the software needs to be easily usable by YOUR CUSTOMERS, most of whom will be elderly, not your IT department. You need to have a review panel, perhaps of experienced customers, review the software for ease of use. The problems with this software are real and not because of picky customers as was suggested to me by the sales person that I spoke to.
One major failing is that the emergency number 000 cannot be programmed by the user and there is no way for the user to reorder their contact list.

Not perfect but we can live with it
The adveritising suggested this product (TEQ-Life mobile safety alarm) wouldn't have "issues" but... it does.
That being said, we're using it in regional FNQ and that doubtless has a large impact.
The product works as advertised (if you have mobile reception, of course) as far as registering falls and sending alarm texts then and for low battery. But the management app doesn't download on all phones and the GPS location showing on the alarm MMS is out by many kilometers, due to some issue that Sofihub's explanation sounded as clear as mud to me, but involved the fact that when a fall took place inside, the GPS couldn't "see" through the roof so Sofihub uses a different system entirely to determine fall location (and this "backup" system doesn't result in anything sensible).
What I did take away was that the issue wasn't fixable by the seller and Sofihub was willing to refund our purchase price (less return shipping). The PC portal has some issues too, but it's generally sufficiently informative, including showing last known GPS location of device.
Choice Magazine had warned us that it could presently recommend "none of the fall alarm devices available in Australia". However, our family decided that on balance, it was worth keeping the device, now we understand the shortfalls and work-arounds.

Pretty good product and service. It says my mother is 5km down the road from where she was when we tested tho so I do not trust GPS accuracy to locate

Great alarm, but for an older person (the ones who will use it) it is difficult to setup contact numbers. User guide is on the internet; no printed user guide is included.
