First class service, no issues at all

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to order and chose colour/material. Delivery about a week earlier than anticipated but they let me know about a week before and kept me updated on delivery day. Great delivery guys. Assembled it and showed me how it works. Great quality. Just what I wanted and expected.

We purchased a sofabed for everyday use, as we wanted to ensure our boys had their own bedrooms. We needed something stylish in a sofa for our lounge, and robust and comfortable for every night use for us. You guys surpassed all expectations.

Our sofabed is beautiful, storage amazing, the bed is so comfortable, and met all our requirements. The communications from the first contact, to the delivery were really appreciated. The two men that delivered our sofabed, were friendly, efficient, and we were so impressed how quick they installed, removed our old sofa, removed and cleared all packaging, and showed us a demonstration. They were really respectful and professional.

Ordered online which was straightforward, I had previously had the sample book which was invaluable in choosing the fabric and colour. Delivery was excellent, even though it was tricky to get the sofa bed to the room. I’m really pleased with the product, it’s exactly what I need and is of good quality. Very comfortable as a sofa, a little firm as a bed so I have purchased a mattress topper for those visitors who require something a little softer! All in all, a very positive experience and a super product. Would definitely order from this company again.

As an added bonus, they are also locally manufactured and take a lot of pride in their craftmanship. If you are in the market for a sofa bed that you actually intend to sleep on then look no further.

All the staff were really helpful. Greg in the office was really good at explaining layouts of sofas etc. The delivery guys were great, explained how the sofabed worked, cleared everything away when they were done. Brilliant. Sofa looks amazing and is really comfy. Not used it as a bed yet, but I'm sure it will be great.

My sofa bed has been delivered today and I love it. It looks to be excellent quality and is extremely comfy. The ordering process was easy and I was kept informed of progress and delivery. The two gentlemen who delivered the sofa bed were very professional and polite. They removed all the packaging and showed me how to pull out the sofa into a bed.
