I am very impressed with the quality of my beautiful sofa bed and the excellent customer service from start with Gregg to finish with the very efficient delivery team. It only took just under 3 weeks to have my custom made sofa bed.

The sofa bed is great and exactly as described .... although actually a bit better ! Really nice delivery guys who were friendly and efficient and gave a quick demonstration of how to pull out the bed. Really easy and a great product.

Everything turned out the way it was advertised and delivery was exactly as they said it would be, no negative surprises. I am renovating a bedroom from scratch and having this big sofa bed delivered was the ONE good experience in the entire renovation. It looks exactly as advertised in the website, it works perfectly and the delivery men were polite, quick and efficient.

I just received my mocha kingsize in gray hydrosuede today. The quality is amazing! Every little detail! The seats are thick bouncy solid and extremely supportive and comfortable. Exactly what I needed. Met my expectations fully and even gone above. Customer service was efficient and friendly with clear communications. I simply cannot recommend the overall experience enough. Great service. High quality furniture.

The delivery men were friendly, patient and helpful.
The only thing is that the sofa is quite heavy to move, and I did not notice the space from the wall.
The sofa is comfortable (medium-firm), and its quality is great. I am impressed by the storage space it offers. When sitting on them, you don't realise or notice that the seats lift. I would recommend the company.

Great sofa bed

Millbrook 3 double sofa bed. I purchased this a short while ago and the quality is fantastic and just what I was looking for. Very comfortable as sofa and bed. The service from ordering through to delivery was top rate too. Great company and quality products.

Buying online from someone for the first time is always a bit of a worry. Not this time. from my first tentative telephone enquiry through to delivery by Jakob and Dominic, everyone has been helful, friendly and professional. Everything happened as they said it would. I doubt I'll ever need another sofa bed but if I did i'd go back to the experts!
