Berta provided a very safe and welcoming space for everyone. She prepared intriguing questions/jam boards for newbies to social impact. She allocated time for Zoom breakout rooms, which was a great way to think about my aspirations in seeking jobs in social impact as well as learn about my cohort's interests. Examples given by Berta enabled me to revise my strategies. Its a great place to be with people who share same kind of dreams. I recently joined the Community and only participated in a webinar on how to network on LinkedIn, and I found it really useful! The presentation was well structured, Berta provided concrete examples of the tips she shared - which were both fictional and based on her personal experience - and the cheatsheet that was shared at the end looks simple but a good starting point.
