All materials that were provided contained clear and relevant information aligned with the course I was working on. They were well organised and explained everything I needed to successfully pass the final exam.
The most useful element of the session was my teacher, Raphael Whitmore, who clearly explained everything I did not understand at first. He provided excellent examples for all my questions and was very patient, while also encouraging me, often without me even realising, to stay engaged and continue learning.
He also helped me understand how to apply the concepts in my current role, especially when I was struggling to connect the material to my day-to-day work. I will use this knowledge to improve my performance and apply what I have learned more effectively in my position.
I had a great time learning all the methods, styles, standards, and approaches during this course, and this is mainly thanks to my teacher, Raphael. Nothing is more motivating when learning new skills than having a great teacher, which Raphael undoubtedly is.

I have successfully completed my Level 3 diploma in Management and Leadership thanks to ESP. The tutors were amazing and Sonia was really helpful in correcting my mistakes and helping me with my work. I started my apprenticeship 3 years ago now but have recently passed with a distinction 3 months ago and it wouldn't have been possible without Wayne Vickery.

Towards the start of my apprenticeship i was struggling already feeling overwhelmed by work and the extra studying required. At this point i had a different teacher and was slowly learning. Wayne then started up and really help me break down the content and digest it gaining an understanding of the criteria and how to relate it to my job. Wayne helped set goals and checkpoints to make before our next meeting highlighting a clear way on how to progress my portfolio and project mock. Due to this i made consistent progress and ended up getting a distinction in my final exam.

The Information Communication Technician level3 was comprehensive and allow to demonstrate my knowledge within the IT sector. Achieveing a Distinction really showed that I can put my knowledge into practice successfully and flourish within the sector. The course coach really wanted to have a human connection with me and ensured that the sessions were engaging and also had a personalised touch to as well.

I have completed a level 3 informations communications and technician apprenticeship with ESP. This was a great experience working with Wayne Vickery, He was very noligable not only on the content but the assessment aswell. Very well guided during the process of gathering evidence and the assessment. At the end gaining a merit very proud to have done this and thank you to the team at ESP would never have though it was possibel till now.

My name is Alfie Foster and I achieved a pass on my information communication technician Level 3 apprenticeship thanks to Wayne Vickery. He was very helpful and helped me understand things very easily. He was always quick to respond to questions outside of our scheduled meetings. The apprenticeship itself has given me a Level 3 qualification and a very good understanding of IT and also work experience.

Training was really tailored to help get what I needed out of it. Very conscientious of different people's learning styles and requirements. Training with Jason was thoroughly enjoyable!

Mike was very approachable and helpful throughout the course. We were able to ask for feedback or help as needed with assignments which was reassuring and helpful when trying to juggle learning and work commitments.

The Education and Skills Partnership are running an excellent free course that genuinely helps to boost career opportunities. The programme is very well organised, and the team are exceptionally friendly, supportive, and informative throughout. From the outset, everything was clearly explained, and it was obvious that the course is designed with learners’ real-life commitments in mind, not just the content itself.

Although I was unable to personally attend the online Teams webinars due to full-time work commitments, the scheme was flexible and allowed me to work around this by completing the work in my own time. Sonia and Sandra (who were overseeing and marking my work) were extremely helpful, kind, and approachable, and nothing was ever an issue. Even when I was late submitting a piece of work due to juggling work, home life, and motherhood, she was very understanding and supportive in helping me navigate this. Overall, it has been a very positive and encouraging experience.

Throughout my coaching training I have been well supported by my trainer. He has been approachable, accommodating and supportive. I highly recommend ESP as a learning provider in achieving your goals.

Have just completed the CSCS training with ESP. Cour was very well laid out in a way that is easy to absorb the information.. i had Aaron N as my tutor who had an excelent teaching style which kep the whole class engaged. Would highly recommend this company. Have actually put in 5 referrals for ppl lookin for their CSCS card.

Great educational service.
I did my Level 3 Business Administration with them and I got a Distinction.
I always get the support needed, all the resources needed and even more, I had Word, Excel, and Power Point training with a certificate for each.

I have not long finished my Level Three Customer Service Apprenticeship with ESP and achieved a grade Distinction after eighteen months.

My tutor Beverley Kanuga was instrumental to my Distinction grade, providing constant support to my training needs, delivery of sessions and any queries I had, minor or major.

I would definitely use this company again if any opportunities arise in future, and would recommend their courses to anyone looking to do the qualifications they provide

I have thoroughly enjoyed my learning experience with The Education and Skills Partnership Ltd and have successfully completed my HR Consultant/Partner ahead of predicted time and also achieved my CIPD Level 5 qualification with this. Karen has been a fantastic and positive Learning and Skills Coach providing me with continuous support, guidance and advice throughout the course of the programme. Learning materials were helpful and beneficial and I was also provided with feedback as and when required. I would recommend The Education and Skills Partnership Ltd to anyone considering an apprenticeship.

The whole process for signing up for my course was simple, course material excellent and the support throughout was superb.

WASTE OF TIME, you take part in a course (I did the cscs card) and they DON'T book you in for the test, so you have to sit through the whole 2wk course again.

Matthew is always extremely helpful and fast in responding to any questions that we have. I would recommend ESP as a Kickstart gateway organisation, our experience has been great.

Really valuable training, great help and patience from the assessors and understanding of work pressures.
