Really happy with quality and service. Must admit I was a sceptic but really happy with jerseys and delivery time to Australia

Order took 3 weeks to arrive. Contact by email not replied to. Several days later advised goods despatched to RM but no acknowledgement on RM tracking for a further 4 days. Goods arrived intact and of good quality, Greater Manchester area

Terrible service! I've ordered kit for a present 2 weeks ago, after I've questioned delivery I've received response 8 days ago:
Your order is in dispatch for you now apologies for the delay you will receive tracking information via email.
6 days ago I've asked that no tracking number and when can I expect delivery, no response.
Still no tracking number and on their website processing.
I've just asked for a refund, let's see

Fantastic shirts and kits, the quality is amazing and the prices are even better! I have got a few kits from Soccalord and plan to by more this year. Their Customer service is also top notch! Big thumbs up from me 👍

Product was great but just took to long to come seemed like forever.

You shipped a wrong size for one of the two items i ordered, which you promised to send me the right size.Despite the proof of the wrong size I sent to you,i haven't receive the right size you promised till date.

Great value kits for kids. Quality was good. Delivery was slow but it was over Christmas so that didn’t help - would leave plenty of time when ordering for delivery just in case. Will definitely buy from them again

Superb service had the shirt within a week even though it was from Portugal. I had a few questions to ask about my order and they answered within 15 minutes excellent after service. All the people on here moaning about their orders are wrong or have no patience. Great site Great shirts. Thank You.

Purchased ages ago, new year, email for tracking arrived 2 weeks later. It's now been a week since tracking number and still shows as not shipped. Contact impossible, no reply to emails, scam company

Really BAD experience. Lies after lies about the product being dispatched. No transparency. Didn't want to refund the money even if the product wasn't delivered. Don't recommend!

I ordered a football strip more than 2 weeks ago. I read the many reviews about the length of time orders take. I appreciate why they take so long but what I do not appreciate is the lack of response to my email requesting an update!!!

Firstly You have to realise this is not an Amazon or E Bay delivery service. As with previous reviews the product can take time to arrive. My order took over two and a half weeks. However the customer service I was given was quite frankly excellent!! My e mails were responded to straight away, and they put my mind at ease with a full explanation of the process. The shirt I received was of good quality and I am very pleased with it. My only advice is if you are ordering for birthdays or presents. Order early and give yourself breathing space for it to arrive in time. I Would buy again due to the customer service and quality of product.
