I ordered an Ovel Rattan Dining Set at the cost of £799.95 on the 13th June 2025, with the delivery date being given as between 20-25days . The delivery failed to arrive I tried calling the company, left voice mail messages and tried to track my delivery on line with no job. It was only when I threatened to have my bank investigate this company with a view to getting a full refund did I get a reply on the 17/07/25, giving apologies and claiming a break down in communication. I was advised the the order would now arrive on the 27th August which was totally unacceptable. I then asked for a full refund to then be told by someone called Emma that this was an error and it would in actual fact be delivered on the 27th July 2025, but surprise, surprise this never happened. It appears that Snug staff are a bit flexible with the truth please not waste your money on this company. At time of writing no furniture or refund. As at the 11/08/25, still witing for full refund. So Angry !

Scam Scam Scam
Verdict is guilty of scamming The Jury is out on this company, I'm very impressed with communication but not convinced it's a real company. If the furniture arrives when it should then a true and honest review will be left. It didn't arrive. In the meantime I'm not sure as a request for a phone call from snugs garden was declined via email. My order number was 999, which either a coincidence or very suspicious????? Emails bounce back now avoid at all costs.

No order confirmation email received, concerned whether this is a real company
No order confirmation email received after paying for the goods. on closer inspection the website isnt constructed properly, and the mobile number associated with the company is associated with multiple other companies all containing the word Snug somewhere. The website says they have been trading 16 years yet on companies house the company was set up only a short time ago. Only 5 reviews on here , all positive and written within a couple of days of each other.
I have paid for my furniture and would be grateful if someone from Snugsgardens would get in touch to reassure me that this is not a scam and that my furniture will be delivered. There is no answer on the phone number associated with the company. many thanks.
