This company is a big scam. I have paid £560 two weeks ago. I paid half amount but some how they dedducted full amount from my bank account. after few emails back and forth they asked me for my full name and date of birth and a recent copy of my bank statement , which I sent to them. Since then I asked them when will the Garden furniture be dilivred and since then they have gone all quiet despite my repeated request. They are BIG SCAMMERS . I am going to contact my bank for fraud .As being a pensioner , I cant afford to loose this large amount of money.

This company is a scam, selling cheaper garden furniture and then once they take your deposit , they send dodgy details and then you don’t hear anything. Please do not order from here. Alert your fraud team asap

They are definitely scammers, web site been removed, paid nearly £400 for nothing, bank involved in this transaction. Disgusting human beings

I placed an order for garden furniture 3 weeks ago, paid half the money when I ordered and the remainder to be paid on delivery. Everything seemed fine at first with emails back and forward, I asked for an estimated delivery date which is this week. A week ago I received an email asking for my full name, DOB and copy of a recent bank statement as part of KYC process, I refused and also haven't heard back after several emails chasing an update. I've asked for a refund but I'm not hopeful, I've also contacted my bank fraud department.

I am also not sure if this company is a scam. I was asked to pay half up front, then cash on delivery. I paid in full as I don't have access to cash.
Then received a dodgy email saying they wanted my full registered name, and a copt6of a bank statement to prove I was not a fraudulent customer. I refused this and have not heard back since.
Thay are registered to a residential road in Gloucester. Have contacted my banks fraud department.
Waiting for a response or delivery.

Tried to place an order using Klarna and just kept getting an error. Emailed and also received a email back to say there was a problem with payment try and alternative. I don’t want to, that’s why I opted for Klarna. Are these a real complaint or are they trying to con people into thinking they can use Klarna when they can’t. So disappointed
