Received a completely wrong order, sent an email and haven’t heard back. Impossible to get through on the phone, very bad customer service. I would like to receive my correct order and return the incorrect one but don’t even get a reply.

Serious concerns with product quality around my newborn – completely ignored by customer service.

I purchased a Snuggledown duvet which has been leaking an excessive amount of feathers and loose fibres. Ordinarily, this would be frustrating enough, but I have a newborn baby at home, which makes the situation particularly concerning.

I've specifically explained to Snuggledown that I'm worried about these loose feathers and fibres being present in our home around our newborn, particularly given how small and vulnerable she is. As a parent, the last thing I want to be worrying about is whether our bedding is shedding materials that could potentially pose a risk to her.

Despite making these concerns explicitly clear, I've now emailed Snuggledown twice and submitted an official warranty claim through their website, without receiving a single response or even an acknowledgement.

What disappoints me most isn't necessarily the faulty product itself, but the fact that a company selling household bedding can be made aware of a customer's concerns involving a newborn baby and seemingly show absolutely no interest in addressing them.

Extremely disappointing customer service – still waiting for a response

I purchased a goose feather and down quilt directly from Snuggledown. The quilt has not been used and is still in its original packaging, and I contacted the company to arrange a return.

Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. I received an email last Saturday advising me that I would receive a response within 24 hours. When I heard nothing, I followed up with another email on Wednesday asking for an update. I have since sent further emails, but I have still not received a single proper response.

I find it completely unacceptable to be ignored when I am simply trying to arrange the return of an unused product. If a company provides a customer service email address, I expect them to respond to their customers, especially when they have already promised to do so within a specific timeframe.

I shouldn’t have to keep chasing a company repeatedly just to get a response about a straightforward return.

Sadly, this experience has left me extremely disappointed with Snuggledown. Good customer service matters just as much as the product itself, and based on my experience, they have fallen well short of expectations.

I would strongly encourage Snuggledown to improve its communication with customers and deal with return requests in a timely and professional manner.

Bought a superking down duvet for £270, the piling has leaked through to other departments leaving the duvet empty in some compartments, no matter what we do the piling will not go back to its correct department making the duvet useless as not providing the warmth it’s meant to. I have sent a number of emails to Snuggledown to complain about this and submitted a claim online as this should be covered in their 2 year guarantee. I have heard nothing back from, I’ve also sent messages through Facebook and instagram. Really disappointed with the product and service, we spent a lot of money on this duvet expected to be better quality than it was. Snuggledown, if you see this please stop ignoring me and contact me. Thank you

Now 26/10/26 and STILL not heard back from Snuggledown, I have sent countless emails, made a warranty claim tried contacting through social media and still no response. Absolutely shocking customer service, DO not buy from this shambles of a company!

Checked trustpilot reviews before ordering and decided to go ahead. Delivered within a couple of days and the duvet itself is fantastic quality and comfort. Looking to order another.

I am still waiting to hear back from Snugdown’s customer service team, as I still haven't received my order - only two items out of the eight ordered on 14 September have arrived.

I received one response over a week ago, but despite emailing your customer service team five further times since then, I have received no response whatsoever.

This level of customer service is extremely disappointing. I have now requested a FULL REFUND for all items still not received and am still waiting for this to be resolved.

I would appreciate someone from Snugdown actually responding and dealing with this matter.

I sent a pillow back 10 days ago and I am still waiting on my refund, or any confirmation that they have received this. Terrible customer service and trying to contact them. I have sent 4 emails now with no response....also very poor that they don't have a contact number. I am now going to report to trading standards and my bank! I would NOT recommend buying from this company as the after sales is shockingly bad!

Fast delivery and really well packaged. The pillows are really great quality. Finally getting a good night sleep without a stiff neck.

Delivery was late, opened package and dirty duvet from marker pen! I won’t be ordering from Snuggledown again!
