Shoes in wrong size
I bought a few and there were no issues until recently. My latest order, the A Ma Maniere Air Max 95, was sent in the wrong size. I ordered a size US10. But it was sent in US8.5. The size tag shows Size US10 in women size but it's not a women's shoe. That's why I ordered US10 for myself.
Also, I hope they indicate on the app if its a women's sizing or men's, so that it's clearer for us buyers to order the correct size and avoid any incident.

The error occurred due to a mistake by our inspection team, who mistakenly confirmed the item as a women's size, resulting in the wrong item being shipped. We deeply regret this oversight.
We have reported this issue to our staff management team.
To prevent similar problems in the future, they will further enhance the process of size confirmations, with both the inspection and authentication teams exercising increased diligence.
Additionally, they are continuously reviewing and improving the verification process to more accurately determine whether an item is men's or women's sizing. These steps will ensure that all shipped items meet our quality standards.

Japan to Philippines
This is my first transaction with SNKRDUNK, I ordered a watch shipped to the Philippines.
Everything went smoothly! It took 8 days for me to get the package. It’s 100% authentic and brand new!!! The authentication model was great and I have nothing to worry. Will recommend this app! 🫡🥳
P.S I paid taxes and customs duty upon delivery but this isn’t Snkrdunk’s scope. It varies from country to country. We just have a high tax rate in PH 🤣

Was charged $54 postage for one pair of socks
I was charged $54 postage for literally just one pair of Supreme Jordan socks. What kind of business practice is this?! I spoke to a customer service rep and was just told that they wouldn't cancel the order or even just charge the reasonable postage amount. They simply didn't care.
This is completely unacceptable!
