I ordered the wizard of oz dunks and they were great with updates and even asked me if I wanted to cancel the order because it had a tear in the bag in which the shoes were sold in. Of course o didn’t mind the tear but I Love the fact that they checked with me to be sure StockX never did that so I’m pleased and they’ve earned my business. Thanks SnkrDnks 😎

Jumpman Jerk Dark Mocha does not have Tote Bag
Can’t believe I'm leaving another 1 star review again. This time on my 9th purchase of the latest jump-man jack dark mocha travis scott. Spoiler Alert: Snkrdunk has shipped a damaged box to me and without including the jumpman tote/dust bag that was supposed to be in it. If I could attach pictures here, i would. Felt like I'm being gaslighted here by their “efficient legit check team”

PayPal auto payment
Be careful when paying through PayPal as it auto payment and needs no confirmation. I placed an order by mistake (was trying to add to cart) and paid $35 fees for a $38 pair of socks (total $73). Immediately after, I tried to cancel the order and contacted the customer service but they refused to help. As my intention was to purchase a pair of sneakers with the sock I checked with them if they can ship the sneakers together so that I can just pay one shipping fee, but they refused as well. I also tried to request for a promo code for my sneaker order but they refused to help in any way. This is my first purchase with snkrdunk app and am very disappointed with their service and inflexibility.

Bad Friday campaign
Bad Friday campaign, wasting consumer time to wait for the coupons and in the end system crash. As for the next day of coupon when waiting for the time to purchase, the coupon disappeared from the coupon list and the expiry date is still valid for a later time. Seriously don’t use SNKRDUNK.

I was very disappointed on my recent purchased. The shoes had passed their authentication with clearly yellow aging on the back label. I was never notified before the shipment. After reaching out the support department. They clearly dismissed my claim on returning the product. Seems like another Stock X company that only cares about making $$$.

Bad service and bad experience
If you can’t handle it, don’t play the game. The Black Friday event was extremely disappointing. The servers crashed on the first two days, and on the third day, I timed my payment down to the second at exactly 12:00:00, yet the server failed again. If your event is fake, deceiving consumers like this is utterly pointless. The event stated that coupons would be distributed at 11:45, but in reality, the coupons were only issued at 12:00. Do not purchase here; they have no credibility whatsoever.
