Item not as pictured

Item not as pictured. Very disappointed as was specifically purchased based on picture and description. I could have paid less and purchased a similar item in the US and not have had to deal with extra shipping charges and delays with customs.

US / international buyers beware

I can’t return my shoes I’m being charged $300 in return shipping. I should say PLEASE be aware if you live in America don’t bother ordering you’ll regret it. These people don’t send you a prepaid label. I went in wanting to return my shoes because I ordered the wrong size. That was another thing. Please be careful if you do order from here that you order the correct size or you will have to pay the expenses of returning which in my case was about 200 or $300 to send back and clearly not worth it since the shoes were 180 or something. I am super angry and disappointed that now I’m stuck with the shoes that I will never wear and I have to keep them because they refuse to send me a prepaid label..

Worse experience

Worse experience. I placed my order on January 13, and as of January 29 I still haven’t received it. The package is still out of state. I was asked to share my experience before the product even arrived, which says a lot about the service. Very disappointed.
