Title: Extremely Disappointed with Snapmint – Delivered Damaged Product and Refused Support
I would like to share my honest and disappointing experience with Snapmint, an online EMI-based shopping platform, in the hope that others are cautious before making a purchase through them.
On 12th May 2025, I placed an order through Snapmint for a 43-inch Foxsky LED TV, paying an upfront amount of Rs. 2,100 as part of their EMI scheme. The product was delivered on 21st May 2025 to my residence. Unfortunately, I was not home at the time, and the package was received by my senior citizen parents.
The nightmare started when I booked an installation through UrbanClap. During installation, the technician, along with my father, discovered that the TV was damaged. I was shocked and immediately contacted Snapmint support. I shared photos and videos of the damaged TV with their team via email and WhatsApp, as they requested.
To my surprise, Snapmint refused to take any responsibility. They said that without an unboxing video, they cannot help me with a refund or replacement. This is deeply unfair, especially since the product was received by elderly parents who were not in a position to record a video. Not everyone records unboxing videos — especially when the product comes from what we assume to be a trustworthy company.
Snapmint has simply shifted the blame to the manufacturer and asked me to contact them, which is both irresponsible and unethical. I ordered through Snapmint, I paid Snapmint, and I expect Snapmint to be accountable.
To make matters worse, they are now expecting me to continue paying EMI for a damaged and unusable product. I have made it clear that I will not be making any further payments unless I receive a proper resolution.
I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before trusting Snapmint. Their after-sales support is extremely poor, and their policies are unreasonable. If something goes wrong, you’re left completely helpless.
This review is not just to complain but to warn others about the lack of accountability and customer support from Snapmint.

I am writing to raise my concerns regarding several recent issues I have experienced with my orders and the corresponding cashback.
Initially, I placed an order for a pair of shoes; however, due to an SMS verification failure, my order was cancelled. As a result, I anticipated receiving a refund of my cashback, yet this has not occurred.
In my subsequent attempts, I utilized my remaining cashback to purchase another pair of shoes, only to encounter another cancellation. To resolve this, I performed an SMS recharge to ensure I could receive notifications, but once again, I did not receive the expected cashback from my initial two orders.
During my third transaction, I again used my cashback; however, I did not receive the necessary SMS confirmation, leading to yet another cancellation. My funds remain unreturned, and despite reaching out to customer support, I have been advised to wait 5 to 7 business days for the cashback to be processed. Unfortunately, I have not yet received any resolution to this matter.
Furthermore, I would like to address a concern regarding the viewing process for cashback within the application. Currently, the only way to access my remaining balance is to search online for "Snapmint cashback," click on the first link, and then select "view all." This process is not user-friendly and detracts from the overall experience.

I am writing to you to urgently address the issue with my recent purchase of a gaming PC from your company on dec - 8 - 2024. i pay 5099 product received on dec -18 - 2024. Unfortunately, upon receiving the product, I have found that crucial components such as the motherboard, SSD, and RAM are missing from the package.
I have patiently waited for a week for the missing components to be delivered, but to my dismay, no action has been taken on your end to rectify this issue. I paid through the Snapmint app on EMI basis after choosing that option on the product site a couple of days ago. Snapmint deducted the amount but there was no order placed on the product website! Now I’m going back and forth with a “bot” customer care rep over email who sends me responses that are not even related to the issue! The product site has not received any payment and they haven’t received an order but Snapmint has deducted money! They’re cheating consumers in broad daylight! I suggest you don’t purchase anything or make payments through Snapmint!
This snapmint is really a scamming app, never suggest it to anyone, at first they'll give installment in myntra, nykaa and some other shopping websites after then they started duping the customer by taking downpayment amount and not despatching the product you ordered. They will send you a notice to pay pending monthly EMI's dues without sending the product you ordered. Despite the numerous complaints through emails the customer executive never care to resolve the issues you have raised nor refund the amount paid as downpayment....but they will send gift card instead. Now the snapmint team even started sending notice to pay installment claiming to be pending. This app is fraudulent and luring and duping customers. I suggest all the aggrieved customers to give feedback and reviews in Google playstore. Once they received the review in Google playstore they will try to contact you.
