Wow! I’m in tears writing this review. I signed up with Snapflip because I thought it would be my ticket to retirement. I attended the one day workshop in Ky. Found out the cost to attend a three day workshop was $995. That’s right 9 hundred and 95 dollars. This was supposed to be my ticket to retirement, so I robbed peter to pay Paul as the saying goes to attend the workshop. I was all in and thought that the information was very good information. The way that the information was presented my partner and I and everyone else in the workshop knew that we would walk out the workshop with a deal. A sale of a house or something. But nope, i walked out puzzled, I felt like I was raped. I didn’t have that type of money to throw away. Well, when you pay the $ Nine hundred dollars and attend the 3 day workshop, on the second day which is decision day, we thought decision day meant which type of deal we were going to get help with. NOPE! Decision day meant if you were going to sign up for the $28,000 continuation class to receive what was promised doing the three day workshop when you paid 9hundred95 dollars. I feel so bad, what kind of world do we live in? There were single moms, men who had lost the retirement savings, young and old people AND WE all lost $995.00. What kind of people would do this? This email will probably be deleted, if it is shame on you! What if it was your mother, sister, brother, son or daughter.

Personally , My Experience As A Participant In Sir KEVIN O'LEARY'S Recent Seminar Was Beyond What I Could Have Ever Hoped For & Was Literally A Life Changer & Most Definite Step Forward Towards What Is Now Thanks To The Great Gentleman's Insight & Words Of Financial Wisdom , A Brighter & Upcoming BILLIONAIRE Status Oriented Future , In A Nut Shell The Great Gentleman's Seminar Was Literally & Most Positively WONDERFUL! , & For This I Thank The Great Sir For Showing How Much He Actually Cares For The People & Like I Said During The Seminar , Actually I Mean As I Hollered During The Seminar As I Walked In To That Great Auditorium Just As It Began , WE LOVE YOU MR.WONDERFUL!!! ♥️😉♥️

I really enjoyed the event I'm just sorry I didn't have the money to attend a 3-day retreat I do believe it could be a success very easily I did get on the phone to my son who lives in Missouri and told him about the event I sure wish that he could somehow get involved with this I know it would be profitable for him and he needs it so desperately bad he works so hard for a cement plant he's the foreman and he works very very very hard he's a good Christian man I just wish he could get into it I know there's money to be made there thank you for the invite

Actually I noticed that all 5 star reviews on this page are only about the seminar, but did they help anyone to actually flip houses? Nobody mentioned it! Also free seminar is about pushing you to sign for a 3 day seminar for $1000, they are talking about it for several hours but won’t give you any knowledge about flipping or real estate.
I am highly disappointed that HGTV stars along with Kevin O’Leary put their names on this snap flip scam ! Do your research before you sign for it ! I have a feeling that one day I’ll see this company in “American Greed” TV show.

It was an excellent presentation but it was more like advertisement for a product. Luckily the product is totally worth it and i wish i had to funds to purchase it! If i get a chance i will!

I thought that this was excellent introduction to the program. Stephen did an incredible job of explaining the process. I would like to attend the 3 day training.

The spear was exceptional!! He is worth every minute of the conference. If I was financially able I would have signed upthat night!!

I had to go to another meeting, I left early. However, the speakers were lots of fun, empowering, yet informative.

I am excited to attend the upcoming 3 day real Estate retreat to learn more about Snap Flip so I can change my life immediately for my family. I promised my family a family vacation 4 years ago and I've yet to deliver that promise. I want to take them either to Hawaii or a 7 day Disney Cruise. I'm ready to deliver that promise but, the hard work comes first and I'm ready to put the work in.

Steve was excellent he kept me interested the entire session. I was so motivated, when I got home I was still filled with excitement.

All the speakers were very informative. They should have went into detail about the 3-day workshop and also I think lunch should be included seeing how each person is paying $1,000 for the workshop there is no excuse why you cannot provide lunch at the hotel! They should have also went into the workshop schedule of what will be taught on each day.

I consider my to be a fairly good judge of character, and was pleasantly surprised with the folks who came out to facilitate the presentation. Aaron is very energetic and motivated, he incorporated proper mix of honesty and humor as he delivered the information. My interest was captivated throughout the entire event which is very rare for me. I look forward to engaging in the training. George Monahan
