I was kind of disappointed Kevin O'Leary wasn't there however the speaker was very entertaining I wouldn't mind working with you but I don't think I want to spend $600 for 3 days I've already made a few flips on my own. I'm 70 years old I don't think I have to be educated on buying a house but I do like to make money what I want to know is how to find the property at that lower price

I enjoyed the seminar very much. The only complaint I have is that if you sit in the back you cannot see the screen as it was not elevated enough

I enjoyed the event it was extremely memorable.

I enjoyed the presentations , they were perfectly explained . I truly enjoyed everything I witnessed it brought back old memories from the classes I took with Dean in 2013 . I have already talked to some young couples that are talking about getting into real estate. The 2 hours drive was worth the time. I also appreciate your time and patients you listen to me.

A great seminar with great people that attended an excellent speaker and staffed plenty of helpful information should take anyone to the next level

This was an eye opening experience and would definitely recommend everyone to invest into this. It will change your life if you're willing to change your life. Take a risk and face your FEARS!

This was truly a great presentation! I am committing myself to learning the skills and working it to better my financial situation and leaving an inheritance for my family. Looking forward to the classes coming 25-27January2019.

I really enjoyed the event it really gave me more insight on real estate I would love to the retreat but unfortunately I don't have the money right now but I did enjoy myself got a lot of really important information that I really didn't know about real estate at first I would love to come to another seminar

I just got out of a 3 day seminar and it was horrible! I paid $1500 how to "Snap Flip" and all I got was pressure to commit to buying a bigger purchase of $30,000. There were no tools or steps to get me through a snap flip at the seminar. Total joke and scam : (

The staff and everyone there was nice and the information and the event was very very extremely helpful

I thoroughly enjoyed the whole seminar. It was explained so everyone could understand.
I enjoyed the way Nate made it interesting plus added the personal touch to it.

It was positive, informative. I learned allot, and am looking forward to my first sale! I've always been interested in real estate and I feel like this is going to provide me with the tools I need to succeed in this field.
