I really love this gym in Wallington! The facility is always clean and well-organized, and the atmosphere is very friendly. The members are helpful, making it a great place to work out. I especially appreciate how impeccably clean the changing rooms and restrooms are—that is a major reason why I enjoy coming here. I highly recommend it!

Took me a while to get into the gym but its great to see all the different machines and equipment that Im excited to get using.
In signing up Ryan and Jordan were great. It was quick and easy to sign up and their kind presence and light hearted banter set the tone to the gym.

I had a booking with Mike for fitness plan, Mike was prompt and gave me a wealth of information.
Mike was very knowledgeable and explained everything well.
I felt very welcome, all staff are polite and approachable

From the moment I waked in the door Maisie and TJ have been phenomenal. They have been fire fly and welcoming. So easy to get on with too. They have supported me and no question is too difficult for them. They will drop everything to see to me

The staff are really friendly

I joined expecting a professional gym environment but was left thoroughly disappointed.

The gym itself is often dirty, particularly the shower areas, which regularly look like they’ve been forgotten about. The lack of proper changing facilities is also a major inconvenience for anyone attending before or after work.

Equipment maintenance appears to be an afterthought. Machines are frequently out of order or faulty, sometimes for extended periods, leaving members paying full membership fees for a reduced service.

The staff are generally unhelpful and don’t seem to have the fitness knowledge or qualifications you’d expect from people working in a gym. Asking for assistance often feels like you’re interrupting them rather than them doing their job.

The biggest issue, however, is the management. There seems to be far more focus on socialising than actually running the facility. Member concerns are ignored, maintenance is slow, standards are slipping, and professionalism is severely lacking.

To make matters worse, there is regularly a dog in the office and gym area. While I have nothing against dogs, a gym should be focused on cleanliness, hygiene, and member experience. Seeing a dog wandering around while basic gym issues remain unresolved says a lot about where management’s priorities lie.

Overall, this gym feels poorly managed, poorly maintained, and lacking the professionalism expected from a national fitness chain. There are far better gyms in Maidstone offering cleaner facilities, better equipment, and management that actually appears interested in running a gym rather than treating it as a social club.

Gym isn’t just about the physical achievements, it’s also what you get from it mentally. I want to say what a tantastic team they have, welcoming environment & you get a great sense of community within the Snap Fitness Gym in Ashford (Kent). Highly recommend Snap Fitness particularly the team in Ashford.

I really like the gym and all facilities. Classes are satisfying expecially yoga and plates . I am happy to find right place to be shaped

VERY UNHAPPY INFACT I HAVE NOW NOT USED THE GYM YET - I KINDA GOT TRICKED INTO SIGNING UP TOWARDS END OF THE MONTH NOT REALISING I WOULD THEN BE CHARGE FULL AMOUNT ON 1ST MONTH AS WELL - ITS TAINTED IT FOR ME AS IT CAUSED AN COMPLETE MESS WITH BANK AND DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENTS - IM STILL VERY ANGRY AND SO HAVE NOT ATTENDED THE GYM - I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE REPSONSE I GOT WHEN I REPORTED WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND TOO BE HONEST FEEL ANGRY

Member of the Heswall branch and they recently without notice removed the WiFi without any explanation or alternative. Very poor service.

This gym is easier one of the best I have been to in the local area, a wide range of equipment, clean and tidy with friendly staff.

The people have been lovely here in Eltham. Especially Marcela and Herbie, they always took the time to make the gym and the people in it feel safe and special. The equipment is really good and well maintained. The toilets always clean and works really well. Great location and great price with monthly events and discounts!

I found the cancellation process unnecessarily difficult. There is no clear option to cancel online, and a mandatory 30-day notice period means you can end up paying for an extra month you can’t use. Overall, the experience felt frustrating and not customer-friendly.

Snap fitness Isle of Wight is the best gym I have ever been part off. They always make me feel welcome and are always helpful. I join in many of the classes and they are always great fun with fantastic instructor. The manager and staff are amazingly and I love going there it’s my happy place
