Amazing gym, you can find all the machines you need from lower body to upper body! Would recommend! Sabrina is also the best!

I genuinely believe the good reviews are fake.

I was a member at the Tylesdale branch and as others have said already, the cancellation process is just a money grab (The whole company is just trying to get as much money out of it's members as possible). You can't cancel your membership while your account is frozen (you also pay £3 each month that your account is frozen), and if you do request to cancel your membership they request a "pro-rata payment" (whatever the hell that means) so you will end up paying for 2 extra months before your membership is cancelled.

Signing up for a gym should not feel like signing your life/ rights away.
Do yourself a favour and stick to other gyms that offer a REAL month to month membership.

I can't imagine them lasting too long with such a ridiculous membership policy. I know I definitely won't be recommending them.

Would leave 0 if I could got a fine as I worked out over 2 hrs they tried to say nothing to do with them when it’s clearly their property as it come with the property when they brought it and the receive a percentage of the fines in the car park I got £1000 fine and a ccj as tried to dispute it but the fine was passed around lots of company’s as they change debt collectors every week . Just avoid this gym go to one that does fine you if you want to have a decent work out plenty of other gyms to go plus the gyms terrible any way

I think maybe it caters for the younger generation more than anything but saying that I have a program that i try to follow as best i can. Some of the tasks are too much for me to start with but hopefully over time I will be able to do a bit more to strengthen myself.

Clean, nice and healthy environment, with nice and modern facilities with reliable internet connection.
Polite staffs, and always ready to help.
My only concern is the subscription price, expensive and could be overwhelming on a monthly basis. But every other experiences were awesome 👌.

I love this gym so much, the people that go are so friendly along with the staff.. they are always ready and willing to help! The gym is always clean and fresh and there is a wide variety of equipment/machinery available for all different needs. Soo worth the membership, I would recommend anyone to join, and have!

The staff and facilities are great, got a free PT session from Nathan who was just generally a great amount of help. I'm loving the gym.

Since Courtney has been in charge the gym feels so much better! The staff feel really cohesive, the energy is lovely and there’s a real community vibe. I thoroughly look forward to my sessions and as someone who used to be very anxious coming into the gym, I’m very grateful for the positivity and approachability of the current staff! I love that they’ve been coming around the gym floor and checking in. Jess and Conner have been here forever and are clearly very knowledgable and helpful too!

Recently joined (3 weeks) , not as large as some gyms and I actually find that better, you can always get the classes you want and use the equipment no waiting and not overcrowded, place is clean and tidy and has great equipment.

Personally, I joined for the spin classes along with the option for the others and was given a corporate membership for running a business, great incentive.

Spin classes are great, as with any new group, both members and instructors we all start at the beginning and level up as we get in to it and get to know each other

So far so good, I would like to see more spin classes on offer because once I get back in to it, I like to be able to go 3-4 times a week with an instructor. However there is the option to do virtual I just prefer instructor led classes

Spacious gym with excellent facilities, friendly staff and top equipment. 24/7 access is a game changer.

Staff welcoming. Gym air conditioned, clean, spacious.
Equipment that I needed to use was clearly explained, although I will ask again for reminders.

I’ve been using the local council run Gym across the road for the last couple of years. I’ve had enough of the broken lockers, Warm/Cold showers, gym equipment constantly “Out of Order” for weeks before they get repaired. I spoke to the people at Snap Fitness Eltham I had 1 hour free trial , I enjoyed decided to join Snap Fitness instantly. I now leave my Gym happy, relaxed, and ready for the day instead of stressed , fed up and disappointed. Oh and it’s actually cheaper at Snap Fitness too Win Win. The staff in Snap Eltham are very polite professional and informative. The gym is always cool & clean

I really love this gym in Wallington! The facility is always clean and well-organized, and the atmosphere is very friendly. The members are helpful, making it a great place to work out. I especially appreciate how impeccably clean the changing rooms and restrooms are—that is a major reason why I enjoy coming here. I highly recommend it!

Took me a while to get into the gym but its great to see all the different machines and equipment that Im excited to get using.
In signing up Ryan and Jordan were great. It was quick and easy to sign up and their kind presence and light hearted banter set the tone to the gym.

I had a booking with Mike for fitness plan, Mike was prompt and gave me a wealth of information.
Mike was very knowledgeable and explained everything well.
I felt very welcome, all staff are polite and approachable
