The box was a gift and they loved it. Brought the adventure box and subscribed to the monthly box. After receiving the first box, upgraded my subscription to the shared box. This was easy to do and the customer services was fantastic.

Arrived quickly and provided a great selection of snacks that I hadn't tried before. Prices and packaging are good so all in very happy. Haven't fully subscribed yet but will in the very near future.

so cute! much better than other businesses. this one is the one to use! they have a qr code for the contents each month so save on costs making a booklet. much more content than other snack boxes I've tried before. and communication about delivery was clear and concise. excellent start to my subscription

Received first box today!
So happy with it. A great mixture of snacks and a yummy drink!! Really well packaged and thought out. And the qr code makes things so much easier! Cannot recommend enough! And looking forward to march for the next box! Thanks!

Just had first box, it's great lots of lovely snacks and a good variety, some crisps, chocolate, sweets and others, along with a drink, though dad will be eating the hot crisps🔥 good price, fast dispatch and delivery, very happy.

Exceptional customer service! After having an awful experience with another service like this, I was pleasantly surprised by Snack’d. Great products, service and easy to use. I did have an issue where I got the same box sent twice but, not even an hour after messaging customer service I had a response, resolution and the right box in my hands the very next day. You can tell a lot about a company when things go wrong and all I saw was excellent customer service! I highly recommend them.

After a bad experience with another subscription box I was dubious to try Snack'd.... I. So glad I did! Customer service is brilliant and accommodating and helpful. The box was amazing... my daughter was over the moon. Such good value. Can't recommend enough. Thank you x

Very good snacks gorgeous I highly recommend

I got a 6 months subscription for my partner as a birthday gift and we both got to enjoy it every month, you get a variety of snacks and can know more about them by scanning a QR code. We’ve really enjoyed trying out new products! Customer service is excellent, really nice and reactive, they have an Instagram account as well. It’s also really easy to cancel once you want to stop the subscription. Would definitely recommend this small business if you enjoy discovering snacks from all over the world!

Without a doubt the BEST customer service I have ever had! I emailed to ask about best before dates as I was planning on ordering in November as a Christmas gift. I was told they were happy to wait and make up the box specially so that the dates would last for Christmas. It was a pleasure to deal with this company, in particular Lotte who responded to my emails super quick and was very friendly!

I bought a 6-month subscription to Snackd as a gift. It's been fun receiving the boxes which have arrived on time and been packed full of interesting, tasty goodies. The customer service is excellent too as I had come across Snackd and placed my order just beyond the cut off time for that month, but they obliged me so we got the first box early and on time for our anniversary. They were also really responsive and clear about a food labeling query I had before starting up with them. Great quality subscription from a thoughtful company.

I enjoyed the box of snacks they came well packed and a good variety of snacks and they came on time I’ve had snack box’s from an other company and had to wait up to two months for the boxes

My Daughter was so excited to receive her Snackd parcel.
It was a wonderful surprise to find Brazil as our selected country! The snacks were fun to try as a family and we can wait to see what country we get next.

I thought I’d try out this company after a terrible experience with a similar one. I’ve just received my first box. The variety of snacks is excellent, definitely worth the price considering they’re all from Italy, and carefully packaged. The box arrived on the first of the month, which is significantly better than the two month delay I was experiencing with the other company. I highly recommend subscribing to this box, and I am already looking forward to next month!
