Great service, I didn't get any tracking info and no order info on my account after my order confirmation but got a speedy response when I contacted to check and items arrived as promised. Bought as gifts but recipients seem delighted with their boxes

I'm a regular subscriber to the monthly snack box. It's such a wonderful treat receiving a box of random snacks from around the world. There's always a good selection of quality products and we really enjoy trying them.

I also placed an order for stocking filler gifts to put in with Christmas presents. One item was out of stock but customer service got in touch and offered alterative choices before posting. The box arrived promptly and everything was well packed. That's fantastic customer service going the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my order.

A great selection of snacks and juice. Value for money and you get 2 of everything so no arguing with my husband about who is getting to try it, we both can. We really look forward to the parcel arriving and looking through what is inside.

Would really recommend to everyone. Such a cute idea and comes wrapped really nicely. She communicates so well with customers and if there are any issues she’s on the ball. She solved all problems and gave extra sweets in box was v friendly. The box itself has rlly good selection inside from a broad range of countries !

I have bought a few of the one off world boxes as gifts, and they are always full of a really good selection, some are weird and wonderful, but that's the fun of trying new things!

Fantastic service from Snack'd! The monthly subscriptions always arrive on time and well presented with an array of international snacks, most of which would be hard to find close to home. Reasonable price and easy payment / online account interface. I was most impressed by the superior customer service and quick email responses / helpful solutions / advice from the team.
