Great place

Waiting on refund for nearly 2 months

Brought my 9 year old son with a toothache and the dentist informed me he needed 2 teeth extracted and would cost €500, then told me I needed to get his teeth scaled and polished beforehand. I rebooked for the extraction 2 days later as I did not have the €500 that day. I had paid €150 for a scale and polish, xray and appointment fee. My child left the dentist still in significant pain. 2 hours after the appointment i brought my child to another dentist where extraction was not recommended as there was a live infection, he had an absess on his gum and was prescribed an antibiotic which cleared up the infection. I complained and was given the €150 refund as a 'gesture of goodwill'. This was on the 18th of June, its now the 4th of August and I still have not received the refund even after numerous calls and emails. all of my emails have gone unanswered and when I ring the receptionist tells me she can forward another email to the accounts department but can't contact them by phone and im in the que as there is 'lots of refunds'. absolutely would not recommend. a horrible experience.
