I purchased friendship rings, but one of the stones has fallen out on day 2 of owning the rings. I emailed Indigo Lune immediately and asked for a new ring. Humera replied incredibly timely and shipped me a brand new ring within just a couple days with no charge at all.
My mistake, their fix!
I ordered 2 rings during the March 2 for 1 birthstone sale and somehow I didn’t put in the correct size on the second ring so it defaulted to the smallest size. I was so disappointed when I received them because they’re BEAUTIFUL, but then I reached out to their customer support and Holly sent me a return label and started processing the ring in the correct size immediately. I was blown away by how wonderful she was and now I’ll get my ring in the next couple of weeks, in the right size! Thank you so much Holly :)

Indigo line is a great place. I found them through instagram adds and it’s safe to say I wasn’t disappointed. The first two rings I bought were the pia rings, one of them was custom and the other was the regular white stone. After ordering I was a little worried it was a scam because the rings took a month to get delivered but then I realised on their website it said the birth stone rings are made to order so the wait was understandable. The quality is amazing and I’ve had them for about five months now and they have yet to tarnish or lose color. Amazing quality. The second time I ordered from them I got the zuri rings and the aura ring. After a week there was no info about delivery time but the company reached out to me letting me know one of the rings was out of stock. They offered a refund or to change my ring to another style. I ended up choosing a different ring which was the Eden ring. The next day they were already shipped and a week later I had my rings. The customer service is great and they were ever quick and helpful with finding a solution. I love the aura ring and the Eden ring is nice however it is a little bit sharp so be mindful of that. The company ended up sending out the zuri ring that was originally out of stock to me free of charge which was a pleasant surprise. Overall I LOVE this company and the quality. Can’t wait to order more and to see what new styles they come out with. 10/10 recommend and they have awesome deals.

I bought 2 rings a few months ago and they were exactly as pictured, so beautiful. Unfortunately one of the gems fell out of one of the rings so I contacted the support team to see if there was anything they could do (not at all expecting for them to replace it in the first place). I got in contact with Jake and he was amazing! He offered to replace the ring free of charge and was so lovely about the situation. The replacement has been confirmed and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of this situation. Awesome team at Indigo Lune and beautiful products highly recommend!!

Order delays
I reached out to see what was going on with my custom order. The site advised that it can generally take 2 - 3 weeks however it has been almost a month and I haven’t received any tracking information. I reached out to their customer service team and spoke with Humera, and she was extremely apologetic and let me know that due to an extreme amount of orders there are additional delays. Humera let me know to reach out at any time if I have any further questions or problems. My issue hasn’t been resolved but great customer service goes a long way, and it’s wonderful to see this especially coming from a very passionate customer service background myself. Please keep up the brilliant work Humera!!
