Good friendly service
Just had a ECO upgrade. All went well loft insulation,trickle vents,hive installed as well as extractor fans. All the guys were polite and very tidy. Good job done thankyou

Just had a ECO scheme upgrade. My loft insulation was done, window vents added, new thermostat on radiators; a new smart hive thermostat and a new extractor in my kitchen. We had 5 work men working on all the areas. They were polite and worked hard then cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend 👌

Left loft in a right mess.
Basically said all the flooring was back down in the loft and it was all just thrown up there in a total mess. I asked twice and was told it's all back. After they left i checked and it's just a mess.

Hi Mr. Sutcliffe, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with how the loft was left. Under the ECO4 scheme, our installers are not required to put loft boards back once the insulation is fitted. However, as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we always try to go above the minimum requirements and put boards back wherever possible.
As we explained to you later on the phone, the insulation needs time to sit and settle before the boards can safely be re-laid. This process normally takes around 3–5 weeks, and once that period has passed, we are more than happy to return and ensure the loft is put back in good order.
If you would like us to come and complete this for you, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly so we can arrange a suitable time. We do appreciate your patience and your custom, and we want to make sure you are fully satisfied with the service provided.
I had a new boiler fitted today and…
I had a new boiler fitted today and loft installation and also vents for ventilation. The guys called in on time in morning they got on with work instantly they were very polite pleasant and respectful they cleaned up the after they had finish the work i am especially grateful for the boiler engineer and his mate for his kindness helping with the boiler was nice to have heating again. I also want to think the loft guys as my loft was awkward and tricky shape but they manage it shown me picture of the loft after it was done sooo neat thank you. Smartwaysenergy
UPDATE. They have not collected the waste from my garden like they said they would should have been collected two day ago which has now inconvience me with my front garden looks really bad. this is sad part .

Smartway Energy recently completed a loft insulation job at my home, and I was satisfied with the overall service. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. What stood out was that they also took the time to help me fix a couple of small issues around the house that weren’t part of the original job, which I appreciated. It was a straightforward experience, and everything was done to a good standard.

Really disappointed with the work they did.
No attention to detail. Unprofessional. Turned up in a car.
Sealant all over work, left untidy.
Holes left in bedroom wall.
Left all rubbish in my front lawn including boiler, packaging and old loft installation in bags. They said they will collect but did not.
Contacted company, was given no explanation, they really did not care.

We’re very sorry to hear that you were left disappointed with your experience, and we do take your concerns seriously. With regards to the rubbish, we use a licensed third-party waste collection company to remove old materials and packaging. On rare occasions there can be delays with their collections, which unfortunately are outside of our direct control. We always inform customers of this, but we do apologise if this caused you inconvenience.
In terms of transport, a second team with a van was also on site, while some engineers travelled in a car. This is standard practice at times to make sure we have the right staff available for your installation.
We would very much like the opportunity to resolve the outstanding issues for you. Please contact us directly so we can arrange a revisit and ensure everything is put right.

I have no complaints at all
I have no complaints at all. I nearly cancelled the day before, I read some of the reviews and panicked. However, all I can say is the whole process has been excellent. A large team arrived, they worked hard, left no mess, were super polite, friendly and professional and I'm very happy! Thank you to all that worked on my house in Collingham. Great service and aftercare
The team arrived and completed the installation in a professional manner. Very friendly and explained what they were doing throughout the process.
A couple of leaks were reported and the team came straight back out to sort out the issues again in a friendly and professional manner.
