I ordered an iPad cover as a Xmas present on the 25/11. The money was taken and a confirmation email received but the order still says processing. I’ve emailed and get no response. I’m not hopeful it will turn up. The same product is still on their website saying free delivery by 11th Dec!
*update 23/12/24- it hasn’t turned up & no response or refund*

Took payment and then disappeared. Try any of their phone numbers, they don't even ring. 24hr email support? No response or even acknowledgement, 7 days and counting. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else.

Should you be considering buying from this company, spend a few minutes attempting to call any of the phone numbers listed on their website. And try emailing a question to either of the addresses on the website.

If - as in my case - you find the phone numbers are not working, that one of the email addresses bounces back immediately and the other one goes unanswered, you may decide that this is not a trustworthy company to place an order with.

Excellent service, definitely recommend to use it

Ordered an Intel i7 through the website on November 28th, all seemed legit at first. Received an order confirmation by return email and my payment was debited from my account. Logging into my SmartTeck account the order remains ‘processing’ and has been since the order was made.
I attempted to contact them, requesting to change the delivery method, the three telephone numbers do not connect. I’ve emailed them to request contact - nothing back from them. I will now pursue other methods to reclaim my payment as I’m sure I will not receive the refund I’ve requested.
This all seems like an elaborate scam, and reading reviews on Trustpilot it appears I’m not the only one to be caught.
Do yourselves a favour, do not give money to these scammers. I would score them zero if I could…

If i could give no stars i would! I ordered 2 sets of earphones over £100 each, one pair worked and one was faulty. I was given an RMA number and returned these and then nothing! I have called all the numbers, they are not connecting/faulty lines. Not responding to emails or online forms. I just want a replacement or refund. Awful customer service would not recommend!

Didn't receive my product all contact information does not work, I informed my bank of this Scam attempt. They have instigated a scam investigation. Anyone seeing this review DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM SMARTTECK

just terrible, the only was they have 5 stars is because they are trying to trade 5 stars for 5% off which by the way do not work.

Easy buying experience, quick delivery

I ordered the new AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D from this website. It said it had 2 left in stock, so I went ahead and ordered it. When I did, it took my money instantly, I received a email confirming the order and that was it. No communication on what's going on, none of that. The order is still processing and I ordered it on the 27th. I called them, but it appear their numbers are fake. Their emails are also useless. I'm worried that I ordered something that is actually out of stock and the website had a delay on the stock. I was fine on waiting for it to come back in stock, but some communication on the situation would've been great. Right now, I just want a refund.

Item still not delivered. Amazon driver wants a passcode which I have not been sent. I have emailed you and tried to phone you all to no avail. What a crap company.
