Ordered a Ryzen 5600 CPU 2 weeks ago and has not arrived.
Tried email, tried phone, nothing works. There is absolutely no communication.

I went to their website to buy a scanner. I went to the checkout and was told: "Please fill in the fields below and click Place Order to complete purchase!". There was no 'Place order' button, just an icon that said 'Instant pay'. So I clicked on that. It wanted to take me directly to my bank so that I could transfer money directly from my bank account to theirs. This didn't look right so I didn't proceed. It was all a little strange, so being curious, I went through the whole process again just to check that I hadn't missed anything. Same thing. So, I quit the website without confirming a purchase or giving any bank account options.
Then I got two emails each confirming a purchase for the scanner.
I rang them this morning but the number was dead.
So, clearly this a scam website and they now have some data on me: address/email/mobile number.
Avoid this website like the fu###ng plague!

Read the real reviews here, not the paid ones, you can tell which are real and which are fake as they follow a 1 star and are not from GB/UK.

FAKE - I live in New Zealand. I ordered on Saturday night and it was shipped on Sunday and it arrived on Monday morning. Ha, I bet it did.

Well I ordered a QNAP TL-R1200S-RP storage drive enclosure HDD/SSD enclosure Black, Grey 2.5/3.5" @ £1123.25 (which included £25, 2 day shipping) guess what? It's still not shipped!

Like all the other real reviews. ZERO telephone support. ZERO email support.

I read the previous comments and I paid by PayPal and guess what I've had to do. You guessed it. I've had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, IF YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE THE RISK, PROTECT YOUR MONEY.

An excellent company with competitive prices

Same experience as a lot of other users. Company is a scam. Ordered things that never arrived and no luck getting in contact with them. The phone number is out of service. Avoid.

Scammer do not buy dont fall for fake website like i did. Telephones numbers don't work no response from emails and they dont send anything steer clear

Be Careful the website is not replying to messages or answer calls, and seems to have their management changed on the UK Companyhouse, my product is not shipped and zero communication

FRAUD SITE BEWARE - REPORTED TO AUTHORISIES.

I tried to buy two freezers at a competative price and my Bank MONZO identified it as likley fraud. On further investigation I can confirm it is highly likely.
I have reported smartteck.co.uk to Google and Companies House.
The company tried to get a Bank Transfer rather than a protected Visa Payment.
FAKE: The company sells EVERYTHING and was only set up this year ahead of Christmas.
FAKE: The Review Badge is reviews.io screen grab from someone elses site and then takes you here.
Very much a scam site.

Item didn’t arrive, tracking number didn’t exist. no response to email or online form and phone numbers don’t work. Had to go through my bank for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

This company is a SCAM they took my daughter’s order and sent a confirmation email and that was the last she heard from them. No reply to numerous emails and phone numbers do not work. Took the money and did not deliver the goods. Do not use this company

Fake company, I placed an order for a charger which never came. The telephone number on the website 01274556336 does not connect and says ''incorrect number'' When emailing their info email there is no reply. Will be contacting our credit card company to cancel the transaction

Very bad, avoid this site.

I wouldn't risk ordering with this company, weird as hell.

Not a single one of their contact numbers works. Nobody replies to any messages sent via the site. Major major red flag.

I made an order and it went to cancelled randomly without them giving me any comms. Probably saved me a headache as I don't appear to of been charged yet and I learned about the dead contact details after.

I bought a double oven from this company November 2024. Received an the oven in good time ,but they have sent the wrong model.
Would have just fitted it anyway but it's unfortunately the wrong physical size. Too big for undercounter installation.
Tried to contact the company many times on several numbers on the website, but all say temporary unavailable.
Have emailed the support email but doesn't send, comes back as - mail box doesn't exist.
Emailed info email several times, but no reply.
So currently stuck with an oven that's no good to me.
Avoid at all costs.
