Ordering and paying was straightforward. The item arrived ahead of the predicted delivery date and in good condition. The ordered item (Crucial SSD) works exactly as expected. The only slight criticism I would have is that the SSd (in its own box) was despatched in a thick cardboard envelope with no other packing inside, so the item was moving around loose inside the envelope. I think a little packaging around the item would have helped secure it better.
Other than that everything was fine.

Avoid at all costs. I made an order on 20th august and still processing not shipped when it should have arrived 5 days ago. I asked for a cancellation and refund on 27th August by sending them an email but received no response. The RMA can't be made on the online account because it says my order wasn't delivered yet. Order 000002542. An update to this: This turned out to be a scam website where the order was never shipped nor received and I had to ask for a full refund from my bank for this scam!!

Ordered something in 2018 - I can't recall why, but the order was cancelled and I was refunded. Fine.

I have recently been receiving emails from scam companies to the email address alias I used exclusively for Smartteck.

It's clear they've sold emails to scummy phishers and other scammers.

Edit: I am still receiving a barrage of spam emails to the email address I only gave to SmartTeck, and they have made no comment on this rating at all. And on top of that, I see that TrustPilot are indicating that they pay for fake reviews.
That just shows how awful and morally bankrupt this company is. Never, ever trust them with anything.

the worst dont use - or if you use - use paypal as protection - the worst customer service - dont even reply to emails - sent a damaged tv - I wanted to give them benefit of doubt - but dealing with after sales - they cannot do

Ordered an Apple Watch at 9.30 Friday night, opted for free postage with delivery between 5 and 7 working days. It arrived in perfect condition early Tuesday morning. Excellent service and excellent product.

Quick and efficient service. Bought a Desktop for my kids so they can get a bit productive. Cheapest I found online. Even had an interest free option. Delivered on time. Everything came included as stated and product was boxed up and packaged securely.

Just purchased the Sony 720 headphones from SmartTeck impressive sound quality and comfort at an affordable price then other sites

Placed an order which I then attempted to cancel… my request was ignored….the item has apparently shipped…..I have no tracking, no response and no idea what is going on.

Why do crap companies like this get away with it..it’s up to us to highlight crap customer

I paid them via PayPal and raised a dispute… that got their attention quick and I got my refund. No apology or explanation!

Rating as a 2 with hope that this prompts a response and refund. We returned a faulty Arlo floodlight on 19.7.24. Advised on 23.7.24 that we would be notified when our refund was processed. Since this time we have received no communication, phones ring forever and emails not responded to. I simply want my refund processed please.

They said to give the 5 star for 5 % discount lets see what happens 👍
