I just want to remind people this is a scam. They pay people to write glowing reviews here or bribe them to keep the product. (I mean look at the positive reviews and compare these to real reviews) All items are bought from Amazon at 2 to 3 times lower than the cost you pay them to ship item through Amazon to you. As parents and grandparents, we trust that we are buying legitimate "stem" toys from the website with a clever deceptive name of, "Smart Kids Planet " that describes- "stem toys". The pictures are deceptive as well for the item you actually receive. I am a victim of this scam. Please beware, parents, grandparents.
I've also dealt with "Donna" who reviews here have glowing references. She tried to tell me they are "a family owned small business still learning" Donna asked me to remove my review and offered discounts if I would. I was able to get a full refund with great effort on my part through PayPal that showed exhibits of what I thought I was getting and what I actually received through Amazon. Take lots of pictures!

BEWARE. I ordered a Scrabble blue hardcover travel case edition, but it must've been out of stock. They sent a completely different, cheaper edition directly from Amazon. NO RETURN POLICY. You must request a return, but they never respond. Save yourself the hassle and SHOP ELSEWHERE.

I have never been the recipient of such excellent customer service like I rceived from Donna at Smart Kids Planet. From a totally unexpected response on Christmas Day to the full refund January 15 I can only say I was thrilled. Donna should be the example for any customer service associate! The company is fortunate to have her.

I had a similar experience to others. I bought a toy from smart kids planet for $52 as a gift. When I contacted them that it wasn’t received, they said it was “wrapped in an Amazon box”. So they order from Amazon, charge triple the price and never respond to requests to return the toy. Yes, it can be returned to Amazon…at 1/3 of what was paid. Beware!!!!

Received a gift from smartkidsplanet.com. They ordered it directly from Amazon and raised the prices more than double. A $45 Amazon order cost $120 on their website. The Amazon gift receipt indicated it was “from” smartkidsplanet. If you return using the included slip from Amazon you will only receive the Amazon price. BUYER BEWARE.

Like others I have seen in reviews, this is not a company I would do business with. I ordered an "Intelligent Programmable RC Robot" on December 18th for my 5 year old grandson. I received an e-mail response that I would receive my order by December 27th. Then, I received an e-mail letting me know the order was delivered on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, I never received my order. I tried their supposedly tracking system to get more details, but it went to a 3rd party site I never heard of or it went to Fedex/USPS which did not recognize the order number. I tried calling Smart kids Plant (872-267-2105‬) twice over a 2 week period and only received a voice message stating they will get back to me within 24 hrs. Well that never happened. I cannot get a hold of a human which is very concerning. Then I received a Thank you e-mail from the autogenerated person "Donna Wilson" who encouraged me to continue shopping for an additional 10% off. What a joke...So insulting. I finally had enough and will e-mail Smart Kids Planet and let them know I am going to contact the BBB as well as give a negative response, so others do not get robbed. The sad thing is, this is a toy company for kids. What was supposed to be a Happy time for my grandson during the holidays became disappointing one for me. I consider myself to be a pretty savvy consumer and have been in the HighTech industry working for fortune 100 companies for over 30 years. As there are many supposedly happy consumer reviews, I thought this was a legitimate company. Until proven differently, I would stay clear of this business.

This company is a scam and just takes your money. It says 2 - 3 standard shipping days. It has been a week and they still haven't processed my order, but quick to take my money. They do not respond, do not trust them! This site is a scam!!

This company has horrendous customer service. I contacted them on December 19 in regards to a gift I had ordered for Christmas. Emails and phone calls went unanswered.
The package was never shipped.
I have currently filed a dispute with PayPal, they still haven’t replied.
Tonight I get a message from the Shop app stating my order is ready for shipping. No tracking number. Disappointing at best.
Buyers beware this is an unreliable and untrustworthy company.

In purchasing a gift for a toddler I was most interested in the value of the gift, not in cost but mental stimulation. I want that product to help support brain health and growth. Something that supported play and learning.

This is an unreliable company. I ordered a baby gift to be shipped out of state and other than order confirmation, I received no other information despite multiple phone calls, e-mails and texts, none of which were ever acknowledged. I only learned the gift arrived by calling the recipient. I also learned the same toy was available at other sites for a much lower price.

I forgot one toy to order for Christmas. I ordered last minute right before a weekend, praying to get it in time for Christmas Eve. smart Kids Planet is awesome. It got here before needed and I had plenty of time to wrap. Smart Kids Planet will be my toy store for all my toy needs. Thank you!

I agree with the comments below. This is a scam company. Totally dishonest. Order never shipped but they continued telling me it would deliver December 23-27. They replied my emails the first two days and now stopped replying. I tried to call them a few times but got a vm. Do not buy from this company. This company needs to be reported which I will do.

I ordered a gift for Christmas on Dec 10 expecting it to be delivered before Christmas. I haven't received it yet and have emailed 4 times trying to find out when it will be shipped with no response. I'm in the process of cancelling my order and have contacted my credit card company. Others have mentioned this could be a scam and I'm wondering the same.

Product I ordered was cheaply made and, as others have said in reviews, highly over priced. Company refund process is a scam as all you get is automated responses about wait 24 hours. The "Donna" character doesn't exist. I should have done more research. Don't buy from this site!!!

I placed an order that should have arrived a week ago. I called and left messages 3 times, and emailed 3 different times ... NO RESPONSE AT ALL! I believe this is a scam website!

Cannot get a hold of anyone from Company. I received a notice that delivery had been made to a relative yet it was not. They have cameras to prove no delivery was made. I have called multiple times and left messages and also emailed with no response. Smart Kids Planet appears to be a scam company.

Have not received product. Unable to reach a live customer service rep. While reseaching Smart Kids Planet, I found that they are selling marked up products. I was charged $154 for a product that sells for $60 on Amazon Prime in addition to NOT receiving the product I OVER PAID for! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I can't seem to get any information as to when an order will ship. The tracking number does not exist in the system. A system generated email said they respond in 2 days, never heard from them. I called today 12/14/24. We'll see if I get a response before I contact the credit card company to dispute the transaction.
That did the trick they provided proof of delivery and I was able to confirm it was received. Since it came in an Amazon box they should use Amazon’s system with email and photo proof of delivery or at least respond to email and phone calls. Will stick to Amazon orders , none from direct website.

SCAM! I ordered toys for grandson using this website. It's BOGUS! They use Amazon at about a 300% markup. My daughter called me today and asked why i sent a gift from Amazon. It turns out, they simply order items directly from Amazon and bill at a 300% markup! BOGUS SCAM.
