Chloe Potterton was polite
Chloe Potterton was polite, helpful and accommodating- I missed my train but she waited until I arrived.following the viewing she also raised my questions with the landlord and obtained answers. Chloe was also helpful when I had to complete various forms. So instead of a hassle it was a pleasure dealing with her. A lovely young lady and an asset to the Smart Estate agent.

Fantastic experience with our estate agents
We had a wonderful experience- we were all a little late as we came from all over the place but the women were so accommodating when moving into dracaena Ave. They took the time to be friendly and super easy to get along with all while making sure we understood the whole process. Couldn’t have asked for any more on a stressful move in day!!

Amelia has been of a great help since day one.
The viewing went so smoothly and she explained everything I need to know about the room that I am looking to rent.

Amy was such a laugh and really helped us with information regarding the flat and made the viewing such a memorable time. Sammy Jones at Smart Estate Agents was absolutely amazing and made my experience incredible! It was very nerve racking as we were relocating from Reading to Penryn but Sammy made the process so much easier and put me at ease. She is so bubbly, friendly and has made the property look fantastic! Everything was explained clearly and I feel so supported with any issues which I may have. Recommend Sammy so much, thank you!
