Fresh vegetables, good packing, clear information about products and good indication of when to expect the parcel if ordered on specified days. I would definitely shop again with Smartbazaar. Thank you and definitely the products are good value for money.

Order was supposed to be same day no news or updates from smart bazaar. Thanks for clarifying. The delivery date is not very visible when we checkout.

For all orders placed after 3pm for Same day deliveries we have a notify the customer in the checkout page after the address is selected saying that because your order is placed after 3pm the delivery will be done on the next day with the date mentioned. The same happens when you place the order after 3pm on Saturday, it will show the Monday date as the delivery date. You will also find the delivery date on the invoice. Looks like you may have missed noticing that while placing the order. Unfortunately we don't have delivery service on Sunday but we will review this in the future to serve our customers on Sundays as well. Not too bad
Packaging was excellent to be honest.I ordered small banana which Costs me around 4 pounds per kg and I ordered 2 kg is still not ripe.It is raw even after 14 days.It doesn’t even show a sign of ripening even now.Otherwise , everything else was good.well packed and sent.

We normally receive them a little raw from the suppliers to be semi ripen at the warehouse before sending them to the customers but due to the festival period all the bananas we received were a bit raw due to high demand.
