Thanks for your kind review. However, sorry we do not agree with your concern on this issue for the following reasons.
You got in touch with us complaining that the product is expired and when we requested for the picture of the item with the date you sent us the picture which had a 'Best Before Date' of 30th Sept which means its 4 months away from its best before date. So we don't know what you would like us to do. We offer a free delivery service for orders above £40 and as a small business we cannot afford to pay for the postage of the returns when the product is still in its validity. We made it clear that we would be happy to process a full refund for the product if you can post it back to us. We take all our customers feedback seriously and if there is a mistake from our side we would act accordingly to resolve the issue swiftly.
