Very notorious of data capping. We subscribe for family sim and the network speed is 500Kbs and there's only one point in a day that's 80mbs and that's only for an hour or shorter.

costumerservice is nonexistent. They hang up when you ask them any question. I guess they are hourly paid, meaning, that they get paid to sign in, but not to execute any service.

Subscribed hoping for a good connection…

Subscribed hoping for a good connection but it’s worse. Still using my Globe sim. Requested for disconnection and they told me I should pay for the remaining months. Imagine paying P999 for 9 more months but not getting the intended use.

SCAMMERS

This company shouldn't be in business, I bought unlimited 5G and, even though I'm in a strong signal area, the speed is painful. I'm sure they are throttling it because 2gbs for 5G isn't just a joke it's a crime. Many times there is no internet access at all, they've advertised a service which they can't deliver, it's a total SCAM. No more money is going Smart's way after this, Filipinos might tolerate it but I certainly won't. NO SERVICE NO SUBSCRIPTION and I would advise everyone to do the same. You'll regret it if you sign up for a Smart service plan.

I talk with their customer service…

I talk with their customer service about my load promo Unli Data 999, as I was only receiving 500 to 700 kbps of speed, I followed all troubleshooting, send them screenshots but got no concrete answer why it was happening to me, I'm using a phone, they said it is because I'm not using a Pocket WiFi when it was obvious it is advertised even on the sim package itself that you can use it on a mobile device itself, my 999 was wasted to nothing, it is much better to switch to GLOBE Platinum, it a bit pricy but a much better option than any smart deceitful and inaccurate promos.

Useless customer support

Useless customer support, scammy practices, offers 5G connection with speed slower than 3G, and the unhelpful customer support made it worse, I asked why do I have slower speed than 3G yet I’m signal is 5G on full bar, the response they gave me is just a Elaborate google search explanation about signal and speed, but doesn’t address the issue at all, they asked me for my area to check if it’s covered by 5G which I already know it does cuz I already using 5G my question was why the heck is the signal 5G yet my connection speed was less than 3G, they just kept going on circle without solving the issue, then they just hanged up on me without resolving it.

Absolutely worthless cell phone data…

Absolutely worthless cell phone data provider. Full bars of 4g yet no internet access or snail speed slow...it's pathetic. Also text messages and calls don't go through most of the time. I live in the middle of the second largest city in phillipines and get no internet coverage.

Absolute worst internet service…

Absolute worst internet service provider of all time. I live in the heart of Makati. Literally, in the middle of millions of people. Not in 'remote areas' like SMART would want you to believe. Just loading a Google search engine, like most people do 20-100 times a day, can take a minute or two.
The CEO of this company should be fired. The CTO should be banned from ever holding another IT position for life, and fired.

Smart Network is still down in my area…

Smart Network is still down in my area matingkis talavera Munoz but they will not acknowledge it or even attempt to fix it. Poor service. Go to different network provider, don't waste your money.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. I would not use Smart. They have charged me a fortune even you dont use the phone. Zero mobile data used, zero calls and yet even through I'm paying for a plan ( and an expensive on at that) they demand more payment. They dont explain why, they just ask for more payment. Why? what for? I would recomend using Globe, they are a proper supplier.

really bad

really bad, can't get anything done and slow net. there is supposed to be a bit higher network in my place but it keeps on losing network. sometimes it messages me that "the network in my area has been fixed"... something like this but the networks still the same

Terrible customer service

I purchased a tourist eSIM from Smart for PHP 599, which was supposed to be delivered via email as a QR code within 24 hours. It has now been 6 days, and I still have not received the eSIM or any communication from Smart despite multiple follow-ups.

I have contacted Smart 7 times, spending a total of around 3 hours on calls with their customer service team. Every time, I was told the issue had been escalated and that I would receive the QR code or a response via email within 24 hours, but I never received anything. I even spoke to supervisors who kept repeating that they couldn’t do anything except escalate the issue. This lack of accountability and failure to deliver the product is extremely frustrating.

Despite repeated assurances and my patience in waiting, Smart has failed to provide the service I paid for or even basic updates about my case. I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing from them. Their customer service is unreliable, and they seem unable or unwilling to resolve even straightforward issues.

Unlidata 90 days not worth purchasing

I don't like their services imbis na affordable yung mga bagay tinaasan lang presyo tulad ng unli data offer nila. Ang ganda pa non dati kasi nag avail talaga is yung pang 90 days which is dati 1299 then naging 1459 tapos ngayon 1949? Grabe smart ha. Mas gugustuhin ko nalang peso wifi nito. Yun kasi halos 2k na pangbili nalang ng bigas. Mabusog ka sana smart. Sana masaya pasko mo ta*na mo.
