Bought a Sony RX1r ii, advertised as NEW AND IN STOCK.

It was not new at all, but a well used second hand camera.

I contacted them by call and email, but they are just ignoring me. No contact from customer service at all.

Reading the reviews, there is a common pattern. About 70% of their transactions seem to be fine, the correct item shipped, happy customer. But around 30% are not as advertised, replacement items, used not new, or other issues. When the 30% try to get in touch, they are ignored or fobbed off.

DO NOT USE these people, unless you are willing to gamble and be one of the 70% and not one of the 30%.

Smooth transaction from start to finish. Item arrived on time, exactly as described, and well-packaged. No issues at all—highly recommend!

Lens in stock online. They took my order and payment for something they did not have. 4 days later nothing from them. Managed to get someone that day on phone. To find they could not deliver. Worse still lens is not longer made.
They took my money when they could not deliver the goods!.

Terrible service...I ordered a camera yesterday...this morning I received an email from SLR HUT asking me to phone as they say they have tried to contact me on BOTH my number which are on the order confirmation invoice and correct. I phonede 5 times this morning to SLR HUT...Their mailbox is full and can't take anymore messages, another number ending 9372 is disconnected...and the main number just plays music...a total gimcrack outfit...I wish i'd bought elsewhere...OH, and now I've been cut off after 15 minutes....It would be good if …

Customer service is awful once they sold the item which was faulty they don’t care anymore have incurred over £50 in postage costs having to send stuff for repair despite it being a brand new item asked to to be refunded costs didn’t even bother replying won’t use again

Camera arrived in quicker time than originally quoted. Delighted with the camera.

As advertised the goods arrived as stated, I’ve found the camera to be just what I needed as a beginner, I would definitely use them again.

Regardless of the fact that I requested for my order to be cancelled, they still shipped it 2 days later. They did offer a full refund, but only on the condition that I send it back to their US warehouse (I am in the UK), at my own cost, which was going to be over £120!!

Their excuse was that they didn't see my email cancellation or their webform cancellation in the 2 days leading up to the order being shipped. I also tried calling them on numerous occasions but there was never any answer and their voicemail box was full and not accepting messages.

Ordered a new DSLR Sony Alpha 7III - I get that they may sell items that are imported from other countries. But I didn't expect to receive a camera that had the original "Sony" seal broken on the box - with any new electronics you are told to refuse items that have been tampered with. There was a new seal stuck over the top which was not the original. The camera being inside of another box as it came with a larger kit I didn't get around to noticing this until later in the day.
I am highly concerned that I have bought a camera that is not new. I also noticed that there was a replacement charging adaptor inside of the box and not the original Sony adaptor (wall charger).
Again evidence that this is not a brand new item. I am extremely disappointed.

Bought a GoPro bundle from SlrHut recently. Was the 12 that came with a ton of accessories and everything I needed, price was super cheap. Delivery was super quick. Ordered Wednesday evening and it arrived Friday morning, despite the email saying it wasn't expected till Monday.

Accessories not in seperate boxes, just in labelled cellophane bags but as it's a bundle I guess that's to be expected.

Would definitely order from here again without hessitation. 5*

Very good price for what I needed quickly, the Sigma MC11 adapter.. Coming back now for a top mic too.

For those unsure of using this company. Here is a true review. First used them for an fx6 and lens bundle. Ordered with standard delivery and nothing happened. Just kept saying processing on their app. I emailed and they explained they're was a delay getting the stock in. I did panic a little after seeing some of the reviews. They apologised. Upgraded me to 2-3 days delivered free of charge and refunded me £50 as a goodwill gesture. The camera arrived a few days later and was perfect.

They are a grey kit site but the stuff is legitimate and in perfect new and boxed condition.

I since met a few other professionals and they say they use slrhut all the time without issue.

A month later I ordered an fx3 and Lens bundle and it arrived it two days. Again new boxed and perfect.

Disappointing customer service paid over £1,000 for a brand new lens which proved to be faulty sent it to camera repair direct as slr hut told me to do they were brilliant eventually got a brand new lens via camera repair direct no follow up or anything from SLR hut

Ordered a Matterport Pro 2 and it arrived fairly swiftly but that was the only positive about the service. 2 weeks on and still unable to use the device due to the batteries or camera being dud. Unable to get through to tech support or sales, have occasional quick reply over email to say they are looking into it. Just avoid its not worth the slightly cheaper price/.

It's been a month and my order is still processing. I've reached out twice now.

I bought an Olympus TG7 at a very good rate and it arrived in a timely fashion. So far so good! After five days the camera just stopped working. I have emailed SR Hut on many occasions asking whether I should return the camera or liaise with Olympus directly. It never responded so I contacted Olympus. As the camera was a grey import it was not covered by the normal warranty and consequently I have lost my money! If you are in UK do not buy from this company unless you are not concerned with what happens if the product fails.

Great service and price. A very happy customer.

My first experience was a bit annoying as my payment were not going through, but this was all dealt with when I called and spoke to a person who immediately sorted it and made the rest of the experience painless. The delivery process was good and efficient.

i'm pleased with the interactions i had with slrhut.the canon r6ii body was delivered 2 days earlier than expected to the uk.
