Slø - not fast fashion Omdömen 

While I was researching these jeans I saw that previous reviewers had some issues in particular with the waist band but they seem to have fixed them (waistband is not itchy and doesn’t flop, they did get rid of the ajustable waistband feature). The pants took a few months to arrive but I was updated on all stages of production. I didn’t need to use customer service but they seem very customer oriented, and open to feedback. Pockets are as advertised. They feel good and I was able to get a good fit by using their sizing chart. For me they are a bit pricy so I got them on sale. They feel almost too normal for my sensibilities. The fabric doesn’t feel crazy but then again I’m no denim expert, I would have gotten the 13 oz option if they had it when I first ordered them.
I love the mission behind the company and I do think it should get more support. I have yet to see how long they’ll last but I’m overall happy with them!

I’ve been here since the beginning and slo has been so transparent and honest about what is happening on their end! They have been so quick to inform about delays and changes, as well as answering all our questions!

I just received my first order, which was a single pair of jeans, and I tried them on as soon as they arrived. I must admit, the fit is pretty much spot on, so it looks like the sizing chart is accurate. I ordered the mom jeans, and they were slightly fitted through the hips, but without being tight, and then slightly relaxed through the legs. The feel is soft, stretchy and comfy. And the onyx color is dark and gorgeous.
That said, I decided to wash my jeans by hand first since the tag said something about the dye bleeding. I spent over half an hour soaking and rinsing before I felt comfortable putting the jeans in the washing machine. The amount of dye was pretty crazy. I'm just glad I didn't throw them directly into the washing machine, because the other garments I had in there would truly have been ruined. They're gorgeous jeans, apparently with just a bit of overkill in the dyeing process.
As for the other aspects of my order, I've been pleasantly surprised by the regular email updates about the progress of the order, and the customer service has been fantastic. I've already ordered another pair.

They’ve arrived! The fit is so good and I love the amount of stretch! I live in Alberta so they arrived chilled. This did not stop me from trying them on immediately lol! I had high expectations and you’ve surpassed them. Yay, you!! Very soft and lighter than I expected. I was concerned that they would be a bit stiff but they are buttery! I love the mission and I am very impressed with the jeans too!

My jeans fit great, having both the inseam and the waist fit is so rare for me. Not too heavy and perfectly stretchy. The sizing chart has so many options to make the perfect fit. I will definitely be back. Looking forward to watching the customisable options grow!

I got my jeans in the very first run when they were still figuring everything out. I want to get more but life happened. but i've been watching how the team handle any issues and how they have responded to requests and they are doing amazing going above and beyond. haven't needed to buy jeans from anywhere else yet, and i'm excited about the other ranges their currently working on, cos i need some new summer clothes

I have three pairs from three launches and this is how it’s basically progressed.

Launch 1: Id give them a 7/10 fit was okay and the quality was solid but something was a little off, they didn’t fit quite right on my butt, hey first time growing pains. Timeline: 4 months to get them but partially my fault because of an address change and I held the order in limbo for about a month
Launch 2: 8.5/10 they fixed every single thing I asked, and the fit was much better, they went for a stretchier material that was buttery soft, and I think a big step up. Time to receive: 2.5ish months
Launch 3: 11/10 they have my name in them, they fit wayyyyyy better, they took out the scratchy tag I suggested they get rid of, and they showed up in less than 30 days!!!

I have two more pairs and a jacket on the way and I am in the process of replacing my entire closet with slo jeans. The big thing for me is that they listen. I have made suggestions with every pair I got and then I literally SEE the EXACT change that I requested. They listen to the community big time and with that I will support them always as long as that continues.

Kristian and the team are really passionate young people and the type of people you WANT to see WIN. I have invested in the company with the wefunder campaign as well because I believe this will be huge. They just do not give up no matter the road block and they communicate the roadblocks super well.

These poor humans has pallets lost, a wrongful lawsuit, manufacturer screw them, tons of suppliers take advantage, and they JUST. KEEP. GOING.

I love being a part of the slo fashion revolution and I will keep going until my whole closet is a slo closet.

I've been following Kristian from when he (accidentally) purchased his first pair of women's jeans and found out the (not so) secret about our pockets! My first pair of Slø jeans are v1 and absolutely fantastic! They are a go to pair! When they introduced Cargos, I knew I had to have a pair and they're in the mail now! Then, like my bank account needed it, they introduced low rise! Yes, I'll soon have FOUR pairs of Slø jeans in my rotation!

Every step of the way from that first lack of pockets to the opening of Groovy Labs, the Slø team have been working on making slow fashion work! They've listened and continue listening to the people, taking advice from everyone of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds.

They have and continue to overcome, not only all of the regular obstacles of starting a business, but also the unique obstacles that come with fighting fast fashion. I know that years down the line, when they all look back at where Slø started, we're all going to be going, "Wow. That was a journey!"

I bought slø jeans in their first launch and have had nothing but positive experiences with them since then (I now own 5 pairs from 3 separate orders). All my jeans are super comfortable and fit me perfectly, and the jeans feel very high quality. Yes the company had some hiccups at the beginning, but that’s to be expected with a start-up that’s trying to revolutionize fashion. The entire slø team is so dedicated and kind, and they are all working so hard to keep improving and growing the company. I can’t wait to see where they go from here!

Honestly fantastic. If you order, prepare to be very patient. It's in the name, it takes a while to get the jeans but they are worth every penny and minute that you wait. Ordered in September 2023, received 1 of 2 in January 2024. But I'm ok with that! Again, it's worth it but it's about adjusting the on-demand expectation that retail gives us today. Good things take time. I've never worn more comfortable jeans in my life. It's worth it.

They are a start up. I cannot stress enough that they are a start up. This is not said in a negative way, but they’re still growing. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither will this company be.
BUT, what has been around since day one is the passion, the drive, and the vision — the vision of no more fast fashion going to landfills; the vision of POCKETS (yes, I mean BIG POCKETS) for everyone; the vision of a more sustainable future.

They are getting there. Day by day, their customer service gets better and their quality gets better. I love what this company stands for and how they’re going about doing it. Slø is worth the wait. My jeans were worth the wait!

My jeans ended up being too short. The exchange process was super, duper easy! Genuinely painless. The fabric is soft and the buttons are nice. The POCKETS, though, are a life-changer.

I was one of the first backers in 2022. They had warehousing issues and orders destroyed but through email updates and the discord I was kept well informed. I was able to get into the second run of the jeans after the first launch had a water issue. Jeans are so comfortable and amazing quality. I wish I had been able to get them more quickly because I wains weight and one pair didn’t fit by the time I received them (I purposely ordered different fits). They have done so much to mitigate future shipping concerns wince then. Can’t wait to see where they go in the future.

I bought jeans from the first launch, they took probably about a year and a half to get to me because of all the hiccups that the company ran into, but their customer service has been exceptional the whole way! They’ve communicated issues, and offered refunds, and made sure to compensate me for the difficult situations that were not even completely their fault! They are completely transparent about progress and as soon as I have some extra money I’m definitely buying more jeans!

Ordered jeans here twice. They are custom made, so they take a bit more time to be made, but the quality and the vision of this company is well worth to support, and I am here for the journey.

I got my jeans even if they took a while and the wait was worth it. They have been very open about every mistake and when my jeans got lost they ate the cost to make me a new pair. They are a new brand trying to change how the system works, dont expect it to be as fast as amazon cause you are paying for a way higher quality.

Ordered multiple pairs for family members and they all say that they are the most comfortable and flattering jeans that they own. They arrived in good time and it was an overall very positive experience.
