Bad Check
Update 3/3/26 The reply to my review was meaningless. I reached out to them and they still have not issued a new check for the one they sent that bounced. Do not fall for the replies.
Update 2/25/26 I’m owed 148.25 cash, but they decided that I can request bonus cash which is their currency and not cash. The thing is they banned me for letting people know they sent a bad check so can’t even take that offer if I wanted to.
Update 2/21/26 They seem to be botting replies to all negative reviews. I sent 2 emails to the email they provided and I got automated responses and did not receive no help on the bad check they sent.
I received a check that my bank and paypal won't cash. There is no customer support. If you email their customer support you just get automated emails only.
2/20/26 I have sent an email like they said with all the information. Will update if they respond, if they actually pay me out, or if they do nothing

If I could give zero, I would have. While I will say the site itself was fun, when it came to the important stuff they are horrible. I sent for a payout on January 9th. Not even a big payout $68, as of today, feb 8th, I have still received nothing. There is ZERO customer service. I have sent 5 emails to the help line, and in ALL 5 cases the site responded with a message telling me my payout would arrive in 7-14 days and every time I stated that it had been 15 days or more. Save your money, no matter what you win, Its just not worth the grief.

Got payout check fast but worried it’s fake
I got a promotional message from slips offering $100 for nothing so I am thankful for never actually depositing. I used the $100 credits from their promo and ended up winning $52. Okay, cool. So I requested my winnings on 12/27/2024 and surprisingly on 01/03/2025, I received a check in the mail that came as certified mail. I tried to mobile deposit it because I don’t have a real bank and it wasn’t approved. So I came here and the BBB to read reviews and I can only think that they probably sent me a a fake check. To anyone who actually received their payout check, what was the outcome of your situation?? Does anyone know what I should do with this check because I don’t trust it and Don’t want to bring it somewhere to attempt cashing it. Who should I report this to?

I have used slips for a while, and might i say this “sportsbook” is the most unprofessional and greedy site ive ever used. They charge you a substantial fee for literally everything.Deposit $10, pay $2.50 in fees. Place a $10 bet, pay $2.50 in fees. Withdraw $20, pay $5 in fees. This is incredibly ridiculous and makes no sense. Not to mention, they allow you to “bet” on games that have already ended, meaning that if you accidentally bet on one of these games, your funds will be locked indefinitely, as it will say “waiting for match to start” but since it already ended, the bet will never settle and will just sit there with your funds on hold. Customer support is nonexistent and never responds. They will immediately respond to your first email and reply with “please provide us more information” and then will never contact you again. Every aspect of this site is a complete scam and waste of time. All they want to do is steal your money, and they will. Completely untrustworthy, unprofessional, and unethical “sportsbook”. You can deposit in all types of ways (paypal, debit card, bank transfer) but can ONLY withdraw via check in the mail that will never arrive. If the check does arrive, theres a 95% chance that check will bounce and you will still receive nothing. These people are shameless and greedy, and this site/app needs to be shut down.

Really frustrated with their help email communication. I send an email with a question to help address. I then get an automated reply asking for more information/details. I then respond with the requested information. Then I get another automated reply asking for more information/details. I write back again only to just keep getting this generic automated email over and over for days.
Edit: Related to Slips reply here. They provide steps to contact them at help slips com but they still continue to only reply back with auto-generated responses that never answer my questions.

Slips has been good to me . Wish they would do PayPal, but the checks work just fine as long as you go to your bank instead of Walmart/pawn shop. Support takes a little longer but they do what they say they will.

Unfortunately I can't give negative stars.. I have made 5 attempts to have my account credited the $10 and $5 sign up and deposit bonus.. they say bets are even, when you start that's true but after you win a couple they change it.
They say you can get a "check" for payment.. we'll see how well that works because I don't understand how they can work so easily with PayPal to get my money and it only works one way with these people.
It's a shame because I could have made a Lot of money just off of referrals.. they really Lost.. a Lot more than they took from me!!!
