Well today is October 13th and I have been emailing these people almost every day since the 27th of September without a real response back emailing them saying that I needed to update my telephone number so that I can access my account they send me information on how to withdraw that ain't nothing what I asked so obviously customer support just sucks and now I can't even get into my account and I've got money in my account little over $200 in my account

On September 10th 2025 I withdrew…

On September 10th 2025 I withdrew $200.00 of my winnings. I was told I would receive a check in the mail within 14 days. It has now been about 28 days. I have emailed them multiple times only to receive vague and unhelpful responses. Slips has no contact number you can call. You are only given an email address. If you ask me this app is a scam. It feels like it’s designed to run away with your money with no accountability or explanation in the end. I wouldn’t give this app 1 star. It’s absolutely terrible. It hands down ruined sports betting apps for me period. Slips needs to be held accountable and get it together.

Waste of time

This company will only send checks out like we are in the 90s or something. It really screams scam because if the check goes missing then what? At least prize picks will give you your money within a couple of hours once you’ve won. They keep offering these stupid bonuses, but it’s the worst bonus I’ve ever heard of. I’ve won $65 with the bonus money so far and they are telling me that I have to lose all of my money to withdraw. The customer service takes days to reply.

They're losing money and won't pay! Organize and call their CEO and investors

Like a lot of recent reviews, I had no problems and liked Slips back when I started using it in early February. If I could now I would give it a hard zero.

Unfortunately, Slips has been losing money to the point where they feel the need to withhold dozens of customer's payout in order to stay afloat.

Since July, I've had nothing but problems that them from verifying my account, to missing 3 checks for about $370.72 from I have requested since September 5.

If you're among the people who have not been paid yet, contact and call their investors. Contact thecollegeconsumer(at)gmail.com if you need their information.It will take a concentrated effort before Slips commit to any action.

Cool idea Terrible customer service

I love the site they give a lot of freebies but the customer service barely responds to emails and there’s no live chat. I’m missing 3 checks the oldest one was on August 18th, 2025 and I see other people having the same issues. If they could improve payout methods the app has potential but as of now 1 star is the best rating I can leave.

I Never Signed-up For This - Impossible to Unsubscribe

I never signed-up for this. I have attempted to unsubscribe, but there is no way to do it. I have been writing their support and all they want is more data from me. They need to add an UNSUBSCRIBE button on their website. It's been a nightmare.

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare. I cashed out they “sent” a check over three weeks ago. I reached out to customer service but they are block headed and liar scammers. Let’s get a class action lawsuit against these clowns before more innocent people get scammed

Shady, dishonest and ZERO integrity shown

Payment never received since August 20th redemption. IF I get a response from support, it’s the generic, seemingly caring reply, then nothing… UNLESS I write another new email. On their site it says to contact support if check doesn’t arrive within 14 business days and they will reissue check. I gave them 14 days and then some and still nothing. I have the email from the payment redemption, but can’t find it anywhere on site… unless of course I’m missing something. Shady energy and vibes. Wish I didn’t even have to give them a single star rating. I usually give benefit of the doubt and IF they can come with some integrity and resolve this, I will retract this statement with the new information, otherwise RUN FAR FROM SLIPS.

Checks never sent for payout

Hello Slips.com support,
I requested a check on Sept 3rd in the amount of $127.98 and have yet to receive check payout by mail. I also submitted another request Sept 17 in the amount of $115.20 and have yet to receive the check . Please advise status of check payments? What are the check reference numbers? Confirm sent and resending of them.

If I could rate a zero I would. This has been the worst customer service experience ever. I’m new to this app. I cashed out my winnings was told it will be mailed to me in two week(14 days ) and guess what no check. I emailed support and it’s like they don’t even read what you right. I would like my money. I don’t recommend this app!

Terrible Company

I've been waiting 5 weeks for my money, only have received AI messages. I even went as far as contacting social media and they responded saying it would be resolved. It never was I firmly believe they are scamming.

Horrible service I upload my ID and I'd number says it's saved but don't actually save it I contact support and they act clueless. They say verify takes time. But that's not my issue my id isn't actually saving and I seen on BBB the checks they issue are bouncing. Since we can't reply back to when a company responds their response to me on this trust pilot review was to email them I have emailed them numerous and I mean numerous times over the past 6:00 to 8 months I get a generic AI response and then never fix my account I have had money sitting on my account for 6 to 8 months

Fraudulent Company

Do not deposit anything into this scam site. There’s been many reports of others putting their money in and never being able to withdraw. This company needs to be investigated, I’m honestly shocked the app is still available in the App Store. The CEO of this scam company is Jess Richman, I will provide more info once I receive it

If I could give 0 stars I would. I only got on the app for the bonus. They charge fees to bet and fees when you win? CRAZY. They also purposely leav your ID unverified so you can’t cash out. These are real POS type people please don’t even bother downloading the app. They don’t have a customer service number for a reason (they’re scammers). They make you email them just to get no response or a response from someone that doesn’t even use they’re name
