If I could give the site a negative 100 I would. I have been waiting for my check since Oct 27th. I have emailed customer service with next to no response. If I am lucky. I will get the computer generated one. Even threatened to go to BBB or whoever legally. Maybe not so much of a threat anymore

I don’t know how this is legal. It has to be a complete scam. I’ve been waiting 2 months and still haven’t got my payout in form of a check. They make you Jump through a lot of hoops that they don’t tell you about until you try to cash out and if you jump through all of them , which takes over a month you still don’t get paid. Customer service just gives you same automated reply. This place should be shut down and owners prosecuted.

I won around $130 with them and after meeting all the requirements I requested a payout and not only did they ignore my attempts to reach out to them but they also never paid me my winnings. This app is such a scam please stay away. My personal favorite is draft kings hands down.

When I first used the app I got one check and thought it was legit but now I’ve been waiting for 2 payouts (the first from September) and they haven’t sent anything and the support is none existent. They only offer an email and they don’t reply. I would never put any money into this app even if you win you won’t get paid there are so many better options.

Verification had been pending for almost a year (8 months roughly) and never passed. I emailed them threatening a lawsuit and magically the next day all the verifications passed……. Seems incredibly suspicious. Almost want to continue with the lawsuit anyways because the app is 100% a scam. Do not spend money here you will never receive your “check in the mail”.

Not fun at all
It was fine at first. Then, a year later I had to go through lengthy and difficult process of confirming my identity. After that I requested two payouts with the oldest being on Sep 1 and the second on Sep 16. I have never received neither of those. Contacting “customer care” by the only mean available - email - resulted in autogenerated email with explanation how the payout process work and asking to contact customer care if I have not received my check within 2 weeks. It took a month to get my ID verified, then I could finally request a payout. I requested a payout on September 5th. I haven't received it and it's October 15th and I've received nothing. I've emailed support multiple times and no response other then the generic ai response. Update: I now have 2 payouts they haven't paid me for. I still haven't received the received the one from September and now I have one from January 1st. I emailed as requested by the reply but I don't think I'll get a response.
