A++ customer service

Every interaction has been awesome. Due to my first Ryker breaking completely down, I had a pretty big return and it was not a problem. Every time that I’ve ordered I’ve had questions and concerns, they take their time to answer my questions ensuring that I’ve purchased exactly what I need for the current project on my 2023 Can Am Ryker.

BUYER BEWARE

My experience for a great review is that the product being rated should be workable. Simply stated you should have the purchaser submit the name and serial number of the door opener to the seller's company before searching, or a warning to check with the local retailer whether or not their unit will work with your product. Although my opener works well, my retailer cannot repair my unit because the seller of my unit is out of business, therefore I would have to buy a whole newer unit.

SlingMods has been great to work with

SlingMods has been helpful, quick to respond to questions and stand by their products for returns, if any. They are there when you need them! All motorcycle accessories & parts are expensive, but ordering from SlingMods ensures you'll get what you want and what fits your year & model. It's been my "GOT TO, FIRST STOP" site for all my purchases.

Thank you, Billy!

Billy, a caring and knowledgeable gentleman, answered the phone and patiently guided me to choose the right parts for my order based on my goals of enhancing the lighting on my Spyder. He took the time to be sure I understood everything I needed to understand (since I am not the technical genius I pretend to be!) and made very good suggestions to help me complete my order with confidence. I will definitely reach out to Slingmods first for any additional parts I will want for my Spyder!
