I heard that slim fast was good and someone recommended it to me. But it’s absolutely a waste of time and money. It’s don’t work it just makes you put on more weight when actually I really want to lose a lot of weight.

After I gave birth I was 150kg but after using your product am now 90 thank u .

Just wondering if there are people here that have still not go their money back??

If so I can pass on the details of Caroline Balaz the owner as I had to hunt her down, through a lot of research and numerous multiple emails but in the end I got my money back. Am happy to pass on all her details.

She was extremely rude, made me jump through hoops, told me "I should be happy to be getting anything back" and how "she was giving me money from her own pocket" - no it was my money I paid for a product never received!!! She has also just opened a new business - this will be her 3rd in less than 5 years with previous two going into liquidation.

She told me in writing that everyone got their money back from slimcare medical that was owed money except me as I "must have fallen through the cracks", so am just wondering if that is true and if it is not I will pass all her contact details, new company and anything else needed so people can get THEIR money back.

Placed my order December. Never received anything. Paid 400£. Kept getting told 48 hours. Nothing, again 48 hours, nothing. Emailed again and now the email box not recognised so closed the email account.

Got an email from the owner today. They have indeed gone bust and she’s frying to fulfil orders from her own pocket. Seems genuinely sorry about the whole thing.

Order from them 01/12 and still haven't received my product really frustrating people can do this terrible! Its obvs a con as there website now isnt loading!

Well at least having come here I’ve some kind of answer as to why Ive not received my order and am unable to contact them. Had gone very well when it started back in the summer with good service and good results. Stupidly signed up for a subscription as a result and now they’ve taken my money without sending anything as appears to be the case for others. No explanation. No response. So basically they’re crooks. If you’re having financial problems right now just be honest with people rather than leaving them in the dark high and dry.

I would give no stars if I could. So upset with this company. I signed up for 3 months and have received 1 pen. I’ve lost £400. That’s an awful lot of money to me. They’re not answering their phones or replying to emails. Con artists at their best sadly.

I placed my order December 2nd, the same as others and my money was taken and no order has been received. I’ve been calling 3 times a day, emailed twice and no response at all!!! It’s absolutely shocking! How can you treat people like this and I see others have been affected too? You need to get back to your customers!

Uh oh wish I hadn't looked on here 😳! I placed my order on 30.11 and have received no notification about delivery as of yet. I did email with my concerns and still nothing! This was a massive decision and I feel like they knowingly deceived me, and others I'm sure after reading these reviews!

I ordered 1 month ago and have not receied the product of cant get through you you by ohone or email!

Ordered product on 12/7. Filled out all forms and questions requested. Recieved an email with an addtional invoice amount due for extra shipping charges. Paid same day. Never recieved a response or product. Tried emailing and calling and nothing.

Always had a great experience with Slim Care Medical. The products are delivered very promptly and well packaged. The literature and support are extremely good.

I found the plan really good I lost 14lb in one month (one pen). The care throughout the time was really helpful and supportive. I would highly recommend. I’m not at my goal weight yet and will continue my journey with SCM.

A phone call to see how you are getting on after a week or so and very helpful phone backup if required. I would recommend Slim Care Medical, it works.

Would give no stars you can buy the pen for £70 instead of £300 which I didn’t know , and your given healthy options “ plan” which isn’t rocket science , wouldn’t waste money as buy saxenda pen from a local chemist or online it’s the same product . The staff are awful too .
