The soups are my favourite
All food items are very good quality and taste great. The soups are my favourite.
I have lost 1 stone in 2 weeks and am continuing to lose weight. I don’t feel hungry, which is great.

My husband and I have been using Slim &Save for several years . It’s helped us loose several stone.
Products are good we eat them as part of daily food routine ,enabling us to maintain our weight loss.
No issues with company …place an order usually delivered within a few days .

Easy ordering, extremely quick dispatch and delivery. Easy to follow diet. I’ve found the packets and bars that I really enjoy so tend to stick to those, but there’s plenty of choice.

Great brand, super fast in delivering orders, super friendly staff, always available to chat if you need support or advice on foods you can eat (if your on the lifestyle plan).
The only thing I would change about the plan is to offer tastier packs for the main meals, the shakes are amazing and the brownie is perfect.
I can only stomach the spicy spaghetti or the Chilli con carne, the rest are not appetising for my pallet.
