Exceptional customer service
I bought an oximeter from Sleepco. It turned out to be faulty, through no fault of theirs. Matt at Sleepco went out of his way to solve the issue for me. I would buy there again in a heartbeat.

Prompt communication - Excellent service
Matthew at Sleepco provided prompt communication and excellent service. We hired the BMC M1 mini CPAP for an overseas trip. We liked them so much that we ended up keeping them. Being able to hire the machines was great, it meant we could "try before we buy", so it gave us confidence. Discounting the hire cost from the purchase price is a nice bonus.

Ifound my experience with Sleepco…
I found my experience with Sleepco excellent. The communication and response was the very best and the technical information was impressive. In the past I have dealt with other suppliers in New Zealand who lack any technical knowledge. I would also like to mention that the general service with delivery and availability was exceptional! A highly competent company to deal with. Highly recommended.

Your service was good quick delivery but my mask has insufficient holes for the exhaust so when I exhale the air comes out the sides of the mask instead of the holes
