Amazing in every aspect!
The pieces look even better in person. The design, quality and brand overall knock every single thing out of the park. The glitter suits are even more amazing in person, and the sequin dress is to die for. So flattering on different body types. Amazing brand!

apparently they can’t ship the service you paid for
Paid £13 for guaranteed Saturday delivery, waited all day Friday for tracking information, it finally comes through just before 7pm but they have only printed the label and not actually shipped the order. Tracking shows my order will be delivered Monday???? How is that guaranteed Saturday delivery? shambles of a company. Shame because the clothes are very nice! I want a refund immediately.

Terrible packaging sadly
My wife ordered 2 blazers but both arrived unwearable as very crushed due to packaging.
Have returned both sadly.
Have been told looking into changes in the packaging.
Not been refunded yet
She will definitely buy again in future when packaging sorted , as beautiful products .

I bought from them a BILLIE BLAZER DRESS, never again. They do not offer free returns, and I paid for my return and they still keep " with the order and the delivery fee , sadly this is non refundable as this is external with the courier". Be aware - I will not recommend to buy

Whilst we can't currently assist with this as a smaller brand, it's very much something we hope to be able to change in future. No contact regarding returns and this is ongoing open issue.
Returned an item and it was delivered with photographic evidence by Royal Mail on Monday 27th. No contact with store despite me reaching out to them, yet they were quick to reply when I mistakenly thought that my parcel was missing. Luckily I paid with klarna so I know support will be given with the paper trail I’ve got. If you’re 100% sure you won’t need to return them, then go for it. If not, except to be kept in the dark.

As our returns policy states, we ask that you allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed. This is to set your expectations and allow the team to manage the flow of returns, especially at such as busy period of the year with Black Friday and also Christmas coming up. In regards to your correspondence, the only email we received from you came in this Saturday just gone, the 2nd December. As our automatic reply and also our website state, our team are available Monday-Friday 9-5:30pm so the earliest you will receive a reply is today. We can see that the team responded to your email earlier this morning. Horrible service
Horrible service. THEY IGNORE YOU. LEAVE YOU ON SEEN. Payed 24£ to get my order earlier and still don't get my dress! Been waiting for 2 weeeks and nothing. Wanted to support Sarah as i've been following her for years, for this big occasion and it was the WORST decision ever. I wasted like 300£ and still dont get my dress. Never again.

Looking over your order history, we can see you placed your order on a Saturday and as we note on our website, orders are not processed until the next working day, being the Monday. Our warehouse dispatched your order on the Monday as scheduled, but the delay occurred with Spanish Customs who were holding this. Sadly, we have no control or influence over this as they are a Government agency, and we advise on our website that delays may be possible whilst it is with them. Our Operations Manager has reviewed both your communications on social media and in our Customer Service inbox, and can see that your correspondence were all replied to within our given timeframes, often faster. Having tracked your order this morning, we can see this was successfully delivered today in time for your occasion.
