Great choice, great staff - particularly Natalie!
This is a the 2nd time we’ve used Slaters for wedding and prom suits and I honestly can’t fault them. Plenty of choice, attentive service, good value and an overall really pleasant experience.
Massive shout out to Natalie at the Manchester store - she looked after us so well and helped our son feel confident in in his choices (which were hers, but that’s the skill of an excellent salesperson!)

I ordered a pair of shoes but
I ordered a pair of shoes all good. They were a replacement pair from our wedding 10 years ago. Was contacted by the payment plan I had set up saying the order had been cancelled. Was only when I contacted slaters to be told that they have no stock and there is no intention of a restock. I have just been on your website and they are still showing in stock. No good enough

Our system was showing stock available, however when they staff went to pick the size it was not in the location. I have requested that the size ordered be removed from our website, to prevent this occurring again in the future.

Excellent service
Slaters are selling Levy jeans at a very fair price. These beige jeans were considerably cheaper than the denim jeans but are also good quality and an excellent fit. Slaters were efficient in shipping the jeans and they were delivered very promptly. Shipping charges were very reasonable.

Fabulous shoes
Fabulous shoes, fit perfectly. Delivery came swift and love the packaging.
Only snag is they were a lot darker than I thought they would be. I love these shoes though!

Buying from UK business.
Bought shorts online using their sizing guide, only to pay for delivery, and the items did not fit which then had to be returned for a refund. Items were refunded but the postage wasn’t, cost me £4.95 to find out that their sizing was poor. Sizing seems to be in line with other foreign selling sites and not UK, be aware of this when buying from Slater menswear.

AYR store
Visited the AYR store today, my brother was buying his first ever suit. We were served by Tony B, who despite being busy due to short staffing, could not have been nicer, more helpful and professional. Appreciated the fact that he didn’t talk to us like a salesman, and we really loved his no BS straight talking honesty. Really made my brothers experience an absolute pleasure. A credit to Slaters. Will definitely be returning. All other staff we had any interaction with were really friendly, fabulous experience.
