Ryan Ellis acted with knowledge and consideration
Ryan Ellis took over our claim, which had been outstanding for nearly 5 years. The circumstances were personally difficult, and from the moment Beth Mackay received contact from the MIB, she contacted me and was very empathetic to our situation and actually did what she said she would do, which in this day and age is quite rare. it took them six years to get me…
it took them six years to get me compensation for a traffic accident where the insurer admitted liability immediately. They had a medical done too early and for several years lost my expense receipts. They left me without a caseworker, making it almost impossible to contact them. They eventually got someone thoroughly competent to sort it out.
