Sometimes things don’t go to plan in life, but when someone goes out of there way to listen and go the extra mile when things don’t it’s a quality… sky plastics had an issue beyond there control with suppliers & Martine listened replied and sorted it & credit to her…. For that reason I would highly recommend sky plastics and will definitely continue trading with them.

I had a great experience dealing with this drainage supply company. The service from start to finish was professional, efficient, and reliable.

A special mention to Ryan, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and he went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we needed on time.

The quality of the materials supplied was excellent, and delivery was well organised with no delays. It’s clear they take pride in their work and customer service.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for drainage supplies, and I’ll be using them again in the future.

Terrible experience. After nearly seven weeks, no items delivered, no answer to emails and no answer to phone calls. I now just want my order cancelled and monies paid refunded but Sky plastics won't respond to any form off communication.

Much like all the other reviews. They were extremely slow.
They offer parts very cheap compared to others but it took me 1 month to get my parts.
Wrong parts kept getting sent and took forever to sort out and other parts couldn’t be sourced. In the end it took an additional month to get the refund for the parts they couldn’t get.
Staff are very friendly and no issues dealing with them.

Have used Sky for a number of high volume orders and the service has always been excellent. Good communication from the team and prompt deliveries.

The negative reviews about the company accepting orders for goods that arent in stock without detailing when placing your order is consistant with my experience.
However once this was established i made contact with the company and Molly took on sorting my order which in the end was delivered only one day later than my specified timescale if Molly hadnt have taken this on i feel the wait would have been a lot longer. Molly is an asset to the company and should be appreciated as the asset she is to them for customer service, other employees i spoke to very very dismissive and not so helpful. Thanks Molly. Well done!

So order 600 pounds worth of goods. Was being told different re stock days . Well week later sorry we can not get stock .... So I asked for refund.... I order beginning of march . I had to find another 600 pound to get more stock or I would of lost 10k job. Don't know how this is even a company. I will.be taking this further. They should not being trading. I think this company is being used for other means .. watch this space

I placed and order on 31st December and it has still not arrived nor have I had my requested refund, and it’s the 22nd of March now. This was my second order and I had to chase the first order after many many weeks as well. I am going to my credit card company now to get my money back now. Longwater building supplies in town were cheaper as well. Avoid at all costs

Order drainage crate deal, and had no confirmation of delivery date although on the website it said in stock, so I called them up and they said that they were waiting for a delivery and I was going to be priority to get my order, so I rang again on the day the order was meant to arrive only to be told its now next week, so I called next week only to be told its not arrived yet, so all the time I have a customer waiting with their back garden in a mess with a big hole in it. I finally cancelled the order and ordered from somewhere up north of England and that arrived within 3 days. Now it still haven't got money returned!! 21st of February ordered and I have a email with a credit memo??? CREDIT i want my cash back, im a small lone trader and need my cash and to work with companies that dont constantly fob you off, tell the truth, I need my money back, 19th of March and no money returned. I lost money on the job because of the constant blagging they done, im not getting that back so my money I'm owed needs to be returned.

Ordered twice from this company and both times had problems with out-of-stock items. The first time I cancelled the complete order after waiting over 2 weeks for next day delivery items. Only flagged as out of stock when I chased. This time I had a part delivery (after chasing them up), but waited over 2 weeks for really standard stuff that they should have in stock. (110 & 40mm pipe) Ended up having to cancel and source elsewhere. Then spent a month chasing them to issue the refund.

Ryan from sky plastics is very helpful and assisted us with our orders. Would highly recommend

I placed my order, whilst majority of my items arrived on schedule I had some other items missing from stock. Whilst the missing items took longer than i liked, Ryan kept me in the loop. Its never about the problem but always how its resolved. Can't fault the communication and effort TBF.

absolutely shocking. 2 weeks to deliver what was supposed to be a next day order and i still haven't got all the stuff

I ordered drainage creates. if the company told you that there is a 2 or 3 week wait for your order.Then you can plan and not phone half a dozen times or worry you are about getting your order. I suspect that the delay is due to their bussinees model.

Great customer service & communication, very helpful & efficient, delivery received before expected time which was very welcome.
The lady on the phone, Molly, was very efficient & more than helpful.
