Great experience with Molly and the team. After using AI to find the most cost effective solution; including vat & delivery they came out tops. Good communication got me the best items for my requirements and delivery was bang on schedule. They will be my go to outfit for drainage supplies.

These guys are absolutely nailing customer service. They answered the phone straight away, and after I placed my order they emailed me immediately to check if I’d be happy with an alternative product due to a supplier shortage. Despite that, my order still arrived the very next day. Excellent communication, great service and a company I’d happily recommend.

Similar to other experiences, items marked as in stock are out of stock and not delivered within the promised timeframe. Worth still, website shows the order as "shipped" even though nothing has been dispatched and they are still waiting for stock to arrive.

If you order weeks in advance, perhaps you will have a better experience than me.

This Company are absolutely awful. Ordered crates nearly 4 weeks ago. No delivery, no answer to the phone, email on the website is incorrect. Don’t use them!!!!

I ordered a large amount of drainage materials online over the weekend. The website stated everything was in stock with a 1–2 day delivery timeframe.
I called on Monday to get a rough delivery time and was told it would hopefully arrive by the end of the week. Unfortunately, Friday arrived and I had heard nothing, despite trying to call and email during the week.
After reading some recent poor reviews regarding communication / Delivery, I started to worry and was on the verge of cancelling to buy locally.

However, I then received a call from Molly, who was absolutely great. She informed me delivery would be the following Wednesday. I called her on Monday to confirm, and the items have arrived today exactly as promised.

As constructive criticism, the company really needs to update its website stock levels more frequently and improve initial customer communication. Even if a delivery is delayed, keeping the customer informed with a specific booked date goes a long way.

Would I buy from Sky Plastics again? Yes, but I would ring first to confirm stock and a delivery date before paying.

Hats off to Molly—you were highly professional and kept me well-posted at the end. I just wish the communication had been that good from the moment I placed the order.

Absolute garbage company. A week after payment, I had to message them myself, only to be told the item was out of stock but would arrive by the end of the week. After that — total silence. I emailed them again, and they just gave me excuses that it was "about to arrive." I finally cancelled the order after 2 weeks of waiting. 1 star. I strongly advise against buying from them. Unless, of course, you are planning a project half a year in advance — then their "next-day delivery" might actually reach you on time.

Amazing customer service, several times I've ordered and they've been prompt with their replies and sorting out delivery. Molly especially been very helpful, would 100% reccomend.

Scam company. I made a order 5 weeks ago. I still haven't received it. i phoned numerous times but no answer. I've wrote an e-mail and received no reply. My next step is to ask for money back from credit card company.

Ordered materials over 2 weeks ago and never received goods. Every time they were contacted excuses were they are waiting on stock. Would have been better if they had mentioned they were out of stock when it was ordered. I'm now hoping I will get my money refunded and they're not out of stock.

Ordered multiple items most came but 1 item never arrived never said it weren't coming. So I emailed and asked where it was they said no stock and it will come out in couple of weeks if I could wait so i said yeah I can wait, eventually it came opened the box and its broke so emailed them again saying its broke and was told no stock again so I asked for refund as its been over a month at this point. And im still waiting for the refund. DO NOT USE PAY ABIT MORE AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!
