What customer service should be!
What a refreshing change to experience such excellent customer service from Sky Plastics and Molly in particular. Super efficient from my initial inquiry to order and through to delivery. Could not reccommend Sky Plastics highly enough. Just use them and find out for yourselves.

Underground Drainage
Despite returning goods at my cost they failed to resolve credits and simply decided to ignore my emails.
We also bought 320mm inspection chamber bases and together with risers that didn't fit. Our problem being, we'd installed a complete drainage run, bedding & haunching the bases/pipes before we needed to fit the risers - to discover they weren't compatible.
We advised our contact, Molly, of the problem to be told they were looking into it - but obviously did nothing and gave no explanation or resolution.
Very disappointed with their lack of service and integrity as a supplier - we wouldn't survive as a business if we treated our Customers like this

Firstly, we can confirm that the returned goods have been refunded. We therefore do not believe it is accurate to suggest that we have simply ignored the matter or failed to resolve the credit.
Regarding the 320mm inspection chamber base and risers, all of the 320mm chamber components we supply as part of our system are designed to be fully compatible with one another. The relevant products are manufactured to the applicable British Standards and are Kitemarked where applicable.
