I have been calling weekly for 2 months and they still have not delivered my parcel. Every week they tell me it will be delivered this week but im still waiting.

The worst courier company in Malaysia. Delayed my parcel for 2 weeks. Gave me empty promises twice yet not deliver.

This company not even deserve 1 star ratings, Out of 8 shipments they delivered 5 shipments and rest 3 were misplaced by them... And the customer support is pathetic and these people are cons, their business model is like 70-30 shipments in which 30% shipments they were showing lost and get the profit from there, I am complaining about this company to regulatory department for prompt action on this.. also those who face similar problem can complain to Cyber Cell for their activities, so they will be removed from search engines....

Very bad service. They said my documents will be delivered in 4 days but it took more than 18 days. Only to be delivered after the deadline.

Worse customer service ever. Non trained staff, my order is over 10 days in delivery, hanging into customs, writing them hundreds of times to receive information and taking decision, no one respond to calls from customer service, not a lot of response on business whatsapp either. Before this shipment I use TCS that was awesome. I asked my friend to send my docs through TCS but he went with Skynet and he sent me receipt when I see the Skynet. After an hour I just google the reviews so almost all were negative and I keep calling my friend to cancel the delivery but he did not cancel and even didn't pick my call.
I didn't able to sleep and keep reading negative reviews on every website, Facebook page fortunately I get my parcel before time estimate delivery time was 11th Dec Sunday, but I got on Friday 9th.
Note: the parcel was from Karachi, Pakistan to Sharjah UAE

Envié un paquete a Alemania, lo recogieron en mi domicilio, llegó a destino, exactamente como lo habían indicado y comunicándoselo al destinatario vía email y telefónica en cada instante. La relación calidad precio es excelente, si no cambian su política más que recomendable!!!!!!
Dishonest and irresponsible courier
In 2018, Skynet lost my item. Item total lost (I’ve fully paid for the item and delivery fee!!!!!) Customer service initially say will refund, but after 3 months of attempt to follow up with SKYNET. They decided to GHOST me and not reply to my email, call center is useless.
Fast forward to 2022, I realise their company has unscrupulous practice. My Lazada order delivery status was “recipient rescheduled” and hence unsuccessful delivery. I DIDNT RESCHEDULE and have been at home the whole time and successfully received another parcel from other courier. Please stop lying to your customer

Late night delivery times
I've used their service consistently for shipments and they almost always deliver, but their delivery times are so late into the evening. You're constantly on edge waiting to see if the shipment will actually arrive during the day or be delayed to another day.
Their drivers are generally ok, but also inconsistent. The delivery driver I'm familiar only notifies you of the delivery sometimes, but is generally friendly.

Worse Logistic ever . Instead of going to the Philippines, they send my documents to Lebanon which causes me delay for my daughters flight to UAE as tourist , Very bad experience from this courier.
SkyNet Malaysia close your business ASAP
SkyNet Malaysia can't even do simple basic logistic parcel delivery. Close your company and compensate me back my money! In an online shopping platform (Lazada Malaysia) you marked as delivered, took a lousy picture as proof of delivery that has no meaning at all, marked it as received by me BUT I've not even received my item! Really damn you SkyNet Malaysia! It's taking forever for you to so call investigate!
