Called the phone 088733633 so many many times but nobody picks up

Ik liep helaas net de bezorging mis, maar kreeg via het telefoonnummer op de website meteen een hulpvaardige medewerker te spreken die er samen met de symphatieke koerier voor zorgden dat ik mijn pakket binnen een uur alsnog bezorgd kreeg!

This company held my goods for 19 days without any form of communication

Not even worth a star. Its better for the company to close down rather than make customer into hard situation.my shipment was delayed for 3 days, no answer and no reason why. On 2nd day, the driver reach my home...then just leave saying will come back..n gone MIA. Very unprofessional

Their team is not only professional but also genuinely cares about their customers. They helped me strategize the best shipping options for a large order, ensuring we stayed within budget while meeting tight deadlines. The communication was excellent; I received updates at every stage, and I could easily reach someone if I had questions. Each item was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Skynet is the most incompetent courier service I have dealt with. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 30th November.
My tracking number is 710297521286. Your customer service centre takes more than 30 mins to answer or it cuts off. As of today I have no idea where my parcel is from Temu

This courier is worst ever...take 11days I still didn't received my parcel...with a good reason unable to locate address...others courier delivery with same address with no problem..

Ik werd uitgescholden door de chauffeur omdat hij voor 1 verdieping de trap moest nemen omdat de lift niet werkte, dusja ik raad ze zeker niet aan :)

SKYNET Mauritius provides a very bad logistic service. The Temu package took less time to arrive from China to Mauririus than to be delivered from Skynet office to my address. Note that it's a 30 mins drive. Moreover the tracking falsely states attempt to deliver fail, when nobody ever attempted to deliver.

Skynet is completely incompetent. There is also no customer support at all. Outstanding delivery 6 weeks ongoing and I receive and email Request raised by you was closed. The title of the request is :

I am extremely disappointed with STARPACK’s service. I sent four parcels through them over a month ago, and none of the recipients have received their deliveries. The tracking status for all four parcels still shows “in transit,” despite repeated attempts to get updates.

Customer service has been utterly unhelpful. Every time I reach out, I get vague responses and no real answers. It feels like they’re not even trying to resolve the issue. I've never experienced such a lack of transparency and accountability from a delivery company.

I’m now left with frustrated clients and no idea where my parcels are. This has been a complete disaster, and I will definitely be looking for a more reliable service in the future. Avoid STARPACK if you value your time and money!

I paid 90 RM for the delivery of a solar panel. By the careless Thanks to the unprofessional work of Skynet employees, this panel was delivered damaged in several places. I can only advise you against this unprofessional, expensive delivery service!

Your incompetent driver person from Singapore called me yesterday to check if I will be at home in the noon tomorrow to deliver large goods. So today, as per the scheduled delivery date, I was left hanging the entire day. Called them at throughout the day to check the status NO: +65 90503445 and +65 83148897 NO ONE IS TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY.. If they are unable to deliver, they shouldn't be calling me in the first place. Extremely disappointed with your service. I need my items now, and now I have to wait another 2 days for a response as no one is delivering on Sunday.

The delivery guy / driver was very very rude, next time I don't want this courier company to deliver any parcel for me

This is positively the worst courier company around.
They do not answer their phones.
I have a delivery from Vodacom which has been lying at the branch for 5 days and still not out on delivery.

Worst courier ever... At the website it say open but when i go to the branch the branch is closed then when i called nobody answer. if closed just said close why the hell that you need to said that it open? i came from a far place just to take my item at the branch and my items is fragile just hoping that skynet could refund if my item is damage or expired if not well mybe just boycott this courier like KFC,MCD etc

My item from HSBC send thru Skynet 239217399061 arrived on 7/06/2024 in Kota Kinabalu and still not delivered at this moment I am writing this review.
What is going on and why take so long to deliver.Very disappointed.
