My order has arrived from overseas to kuchai hub. Kuchai to my location is less tha 5km but items still not delivered and its almost 6 days. Their update is just "problem,delivery will be arranged"

SKYNET Mauritius provides a very bad logistic service. The Temu package took less time to arrive from China to Mauririus than to be delivered from Skynet office to my address. Note that it's a 30 mins drive. Moreover the tracking falsely states attempt to deliver fail, when nobody ever attempted to deliver.

I am extremely disappointed with STARPACK’s service. I sent four parcels through them over a month ago, and none of the recipients have received their deliveries. The tracking status for all four parcels still shows “in transit,” despite repeated attempts to get updates.
Customer service has been utterly unhelpful. Every time I reach out, I get vague responses and no real answers. It feels like they’re not even trying to resolve the issue. I've never experienced such a lack of transparency and accountability from a delivery company.
I’m now left with frustrated clients and no idea where my parcels are. This has been a complete disaster, and I will definitely be looking for a more reliable service in the future. Avoid STARPACK if you value your time and money!

I paid 90 RM for the delivery of a solar panel. By the careless Thanks to the unprofessional work of Skynet employees, this panel was delivered damaged in several places. I can only advise you against this unprofessional, expensive delivery service!

Your incompetent driver person from Singapore called me yesterday to check if I will be at home in the noon tomorrow to deliver large goods. So today, as per the scheduled delivery date, I was left hanging the entire day. Called them at throughout the day to check the status NO: +65 90503445 and +65 83148897 NO ONE IS TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY.. If they are unable to deliver, they shouldn't be calling me in the first place. Extremely disappointed with your service.
