The sent a T-800 infiltration…

The sent a T-800 infiltration terminator back in time to hunt me down after I complained about a damaged delivery!!!
It can't be bargained with, it can't be reasoned with. It doesn't feel pity! Or remorse or fear and it absolutely will not stop!... ever!
PS-this is satire. Why would you name a company after a fictional self aware computer system that is central to one of the biggest film series ever?

I don't usually give out reviews but…

I don't usually give out reviews but this company makes me mad.

So I have a parcel that needs to go from Madrid to Germany. Should not be a big problem, DHL does that within 2 days usually. Not here.

Yesterday, the 23rd of December, I am taking a shower. I am 'addicted' to look at tracking numbers and always anxious I will miss it but the tracking was stuck on "In transit to country of destination - currently in Barcelona" so I thought they don't work over the Christmas holidays, would have been no problem. But then it rang on my door. Once. I'm sprinting still wet to my window to check who it is, no one there. It hasn't been more than 20-25 seconds between the rang and my checking but there is NO ONE.

So i thought it's some kids playing a prank or something, all good.

Today, 24th of December / Christmas Eve, I get a message from my shop saying that I wasn't home and need to pick it up myself. I was a little confused but hey, it's Christmas time so the delievery guys are probably in a real rush so no worries, I can pick it up. The usual DHL / DPD / UPS store is right around my street corner, 50 meters away.

Well. So I thought. They tell me I need to pick it up in Stuttgart. I am in the Frankfurt area. That's 211km away (just to give you an example how far this is: Imagine you are in Washington DC and you need to pick it up in Philadelphia or , and we are in a COVID-19 lockdown right now. How am I supposed to do that? Sure, I could maybe call the supermarket, where the parcel is now laying around, and ask them to send it to me or pay some friends who live more south the gas money and pick it up but it's not their job. Especially not on Christmas adn ESPECIALLY not in COVID-19 times.

I am so sad and angry at the same time

Worst shipping service

Another one star review for these jokers. Ordered weeks ago from Cotswold outdoor. These were supposed to deliver my stuff a week ago. I can see my parcel went all over the place Inc my own country but was sent back to country of origin and now seems to sit in a warehouse in London.
They are impossible to get hold of too.

Very trash very slow it doesn't work you can't do anything at all it is just like a public free wifi where you can connect but you cannot do anything even I pay it every months and it is a home wifi, so do not waste ur money and remember there are lots of other broadbands and don't be like me.

Bad service

I'm an Avon/Justine Rep. The last few weeks my boxes keeps om being late. When I call them they don't pick up, then I send a message on Facebook then they call my telling me I'll get my box the same they call me. Today again. I was suppose to get my boxes yesterday and today I'm still waiting. They call me and tell me I'll get my boxes before 5pm today. it's almost 6pm and I'm still waiting. This is not very professional.

Mejor que no

Nunca suelo ser tan "fuerte" en mi opiniones, pero esta vez el caso lo merece. Pedimos recogida paquete un martes. Nadie vino, me quedé en casa todo el día. Ni una llamada ni nadie a la puerta. Envié un correo porque no había manera de ponerme en contacto por teléfono con ellos. Nada, ni una respuesta. Contestaron al correo después de casi 2 días, dándome otro número de teléfono al que...sorpresa...nadie contesta! No recomendaría para nada este servicio. Está claro que en esta temporada todos los transportistas estén muy liados, pero no hay manera de ponerse en contacto con ellos, es el silencio completo. Entiendo los retrasos pero no esta manera de gestionar los negocios.

I paid for express shipping with asos…

I paid for express shipping with asos and they used skynet. I'll never see this package again it seems and won't order from asos if this is the courier they used... skynet is completely uncontactable and ur parcel just sits in customs for weeks with no way to retrieve it or have it delivered.

worst experience EVER with skynet…

worst experience EVER with skynet Bintulu branch arrogant staff. Tracking result showing my parcel arrived with them and yet no attempt to deliver sitting on it for 14 days despite two reminders apparently still no action. Harsh reply from their arrogant Bintulu staff and up to this point none having a clue or can't reply when my parcel will be dispatched for delivery.

It would be quicker to go and pick it up myself!

My order was picked up by Skynet from Hong Kong on 25 November, it is now 14 December and the items are in Germany and have been since 3 December. It must have gone on a round the world trip to take 8 days to get to Europe. I phoned Skynet UK who advised they are not responsible for this package, so if they are not who is?!! The sender is no better at helping they just apologise for the delay so my parcel is just sitting in a warehouse somewhere.... Maybe I should drive to Germany to pick it up myself!!

Do not order from places that use this service.

If you live in Canada do not order from somewhere that uses Skynet. I ordered something from Missguided and the total including shipping came out to be 80$ - so products worth about 77$. I was just charged 30$ on import/handling fees. This is ridiculous. Other packages I've ordered internationally rarely require import/customs charges and they very rarely charge me 40% of what my order was worth. It is not worth it - find similar products on a different site.

Waiting for an order from Missguided…

Waiting for an order from Missguided and recieved an email notifying me that it is currently at customs with a request for payment from Skynet before they will release it.
- the link to the payment site is UNSECURED!
- the contact on the website does not have voice mail set up to leave a message
- the online contact form does not work
- on the web page to search for other skynet offices I get a message: WARNING: The content you are attempting to access may contain malicious content.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DEAL WITH ECOMMERCE ONLINE. Their contact details are sketchy at best. I'm totally stuck with my goods at the border.

I ordered from a company which takes 3-5 working days to get to Nigeria and this I the 10th day and when I called skynet they said the delivery man forgot to take my order...is this some kind of a joke or summ

worked here for about a year and a half everyone’s comments about the staff being rude are 100% true they don’t value you as an employee and take advantage of you. don’t let you have time off and expect you to work 6 days a week, 8 hours a day. don’t get a job at this company. don’t order parcels thru their company, they are a disgrace

Ik heb een dure sweater besteld bij missguided en er staat dat ik het pakket vandaag heb getekend, maar dat kan niet want ik was de hele dag thuis en er kwam niemand langs! Waar is mijn pakket?

I ordered an expensive sweater from missguided and it says that I signed the package today, but that is not possible because I was home all day and nobody came by! Where is my package?

Very pissed off with Skynet service

Seems like this is a common issue for others as well. No delivery attempt but on the tracking updated as left message and no consignee at home, but I have been at home throughout the CMCO and no one called me or left a notice about the delivery, almost felt like they are a scam company. Called the customer service but they are just useless, not helpful and tried to rush to end the call without trying to resolve the issue. Guys, you need avoid at all cost to choose Skynet as your delivery partner! If I could rate zero star, I will be glad to do so. Not surprised that the review is so bad, fully deserved though.
