My experience was more than just great but a blessing. Having to bury my baby brother they not only made it easy but the CEO himself blessed my soul. I'm grateful for all of their assistance and with 9 minutes to spare to get casket to us. I'm grateful to the Lord above for His many blessings.

amidst going through the toughest time of my life I had to purchase a casket and it can all get overwhelming. I was attempting to purchase a casket from this company. When I paid the original price , I was given another invoice for double the original price .The pricing practices are deceptive and the price you quoted isn’t the final price. I find their additional charges be predatory. Please read the fine print before doing business with this company. It’s at the bottom of the homepage of their website in small print. The people are great! I’ve bough caskets for both of my parents with them and would recommend their services to anyone. The staff is friendly and helpful, and their products are much better priced than what the funeral home would ask.

I had no idea you could purchase a casket online until I saw this family owned business on CNBC. As my mom was aging with health challenges, I saved the site. I am grateful that I did. A few days after my mom passed, my sisters and I had to get things ready. Our mom passed faster than we anticipated. But now she is no longer in pain and in heaven with my dad. I felt very misled. My nephew was making end of life decisions and because he did not have life insurance , he wanted something inexpensive. I found this company and let him make the decision on which casket. When we called Matthew, i told him I needed the casket delivered the next day if possible. He told me he would quickly send me the contract while we were on the phone and he did. He rushed me to sign , in order to make the delivery. In summary, the 1495$ price of the casket ended up being double that at 2892. The casket was delivered on time and was good quality but when i called Matthew , multiple times, I was placated and referred to as “sweetheart”. I felt deceived and given a run around for answers.

I wanted my husband's casket to be different and a certain color, with the help from Sky Caskets l got that and more.

I want to acknowledge the importance of caring customer service, most especially when it comes to matters of grief, death, and loss. The impact that Matt has had on our family was unexpected and so appreciated. I called to speak to someone about getting a casket for my 18yr old cat who has recently gone blind. In preparation, I wanted to have a casket personalized. Matt not only made me feel comfortable and confident in my decisions, he also helped guide me financially. Matt took a ton of time to explain how everything works, what the cost differences were, how much he cared, and we even spent time talking about our individual life experiences. Skycaskets had the exact casket that the funeral home offered, but at a much lower price. It was beautiful and it arrived within two days and I ordered it on a Friday evening. Beware, there is a shipping and an additional ground mileage charge, but it still saved our family money, ordering through Sky Caskets.
